He ordered one to be brought up front for us to see when some out of town folks arrived who had made an appointment to speak with Mike at a rather vague time. We were seamlessly transferred over to Shane Nelson to continue our shopping. Shane showed us three cars all together and found one that my wife was pretty pleased with. I liked it due to the upgraded model with nice alloy wheels and only 7000mi. We paid cash. The entire experience took about two hours. Mike and Shane were both very helpful and had the answers to all of our questions. I was very pleased with the entire process. More

I reached out to three dealers on the internet and assumed the charge would begin to get my business. Tony Salazar emailed and called me almost immediately. His friendly approach and introduction caused me to go to Stevenson Toyota and meet him. Tony was very friendly and professional. He made time for me without an appointment and handed me the keys to a Highlander to take and test drive. In the "old" days, the salesman rode in the back seat of the test vehicle. No longer, Tony said have a good drive and we'll talk when you return. I took the car back and Tony was again very friendly and knowledgeable about the car and the pricing we would eventually settle on. I talked to one of the other three dealers who was willing to give me a slightly lower bid than Tony had done. Because we liked the way Tony treated us I called Tony and wanted him to know that we might be going to the other dealer due to their bid. Tony immediately stated he would take care of us and match the other offer. We accepted Tony's offer and bought the car from him. He then gave us a very educational and understandable tutorial on the new car and it's technically challenging electronics including pairing our phones to immediately work with the vehicle. We want to thank Tony for a great experience and won't hesitate to recommend Tony as a great contact for any car purchase. More

After looking at what was on the lot, Jami went through their inventory to see if they had what I wanted.I went in mostly to see what they had and to talk about the options I had for buying a new truck. I was a bit unsure if they had what I wanted but after looking at the inventory he was able to find exactly what I was looking for. We did not see the truck in the lot on our first look through so we went back to the office to search the inventory. After doing so, Jami found 2 trucks that I was interested in and took us back out to the lot so that I could physically see the truck. It was exactly what I was looking for!! I would recommend Jami to anyone as he was very informative and kind. More
