Adam cared about my experience as much as he did about making a sale, which is why I drove 2 hours to buy my vehicle from Stevinson vs a much closer dealer who was willing to make the same offer. He also took the time to assist me with moving my stuff from my trade into my new vehicle and then continued to go over all aspects of my new vehicle, even though at this point it was 930pm. Adam certainly is a great value add to your team. Thanks to Nate as well for jumping on a call to further discuss the offer on behalf of Adam. My next pleasant experience was with AJ in finance and then Reese in parts. They too were professional and patient in assisting me through the final processes. Shane's the best! We were looking for a very specific used car and Stevinson's Toyota West had one we were interested in that we found on the Internet. I was looking for the car in the lot while my wife went and found a salesman to help. She approached a group of salesman and Shane Nelson (tall guy with cool, Australian accent) willingly offered his assistance and showed us the car. We did the usual test drive. The vehicle was extremely clean and mechanically sound. We didn't buy yet as we went and looked at 2 other vehicles like this one, but with more options, but they weren't nearly as clean nor mechanically sound. Long story short, we decided on the one Shane showed us. By now it was the end of the day and Shane actually was gone, but came back to sell us the vehicle. He and some staff stayed extra late while we signed the paperwork. Shane was extremely gracious and helpful getting us through the process. Shane gets 5 stars for his amazing service and patience.. Dealership gets 4 only cause the car didn't have floor mats, car manual, or extra key and mismatched tires (Not Shane's fault). Ask for Shane if you need a new or used car! More

I waited to get my full approval before driving my car off the lot, after two days I received notice that they had dropped the price of the vehicle by almost 1500 dollars to insure my payments wouldn't go passed what we had discussed. Appreciate Jeff Hsiung! I have done business with both Stevinson Toyota and Mountain States Toyota for years. I like both dealerships to be honest. However, I find that my experience on a given occasion is really about which person (or people) I deal directly with. I had a very good experience today at Stevinson Toyota with a salesman named Jeff Hsiung. He was polite, very knowledgable about the 4 Runner, and a pleasure to take a test drive with. I say this after having recently had an experience at an Audi dealership with a salesman that was so rude it made me not even like Audis anymore. I realize that sounds entirely irrational, but it really is true that the quality of people you encounter in the car-buying process can have a huge effect on your decision making. I found Mr. Hsiung to be one of the more pleasurable sales people I can remember working with in the recent several years. He is definitely an asset for Stevinson. When I return there, I will specifically ask for him. More
