Amazing experience! We had Adam as our sale rep, and he was great. Although he was brand new to the dealership (we were there for his first day as a sales rep after trai We had Adam as our sale rep, and he was great. Although he was brand new to the dealership (we were there for his first day as a sales rep after training), he was insanely knowledgable and very helpful. The whole team at Stevinson Scion we above and beyond by staying until 11pm just for us, as we were the last customers there! Kendall in finance was great and helped make the process speedy, while Nate smoothed the whole process over by really helping us understand leasing vs buying. Overall this was amazing experience. We love our new 4Runner and loved the buying experience. I would highly recommend asking for Adam as he went above and beyond the call of service. Only thing I would improve would be the billing part (which I believe is out of the dealership's control). Our first payment is due Oct. 1st (its not Sept 27th) and we still have not received our first bill, etc. which makes things a little stressful. Thanks again! More

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of inventory and the professional staff. Luke Keene worked with us for close to an entire day. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, not to mention extremely patient. He took the time to ensure that we felt relaxed and comfortable in our search, without added pressure. We ended up purchasing a new car that day. We live over an hour away and it happened to be Homecoming for our two Daughters. Luke and Mike in Financing worked together to finalize our purchase so that we could make it home in time for Homecoming. They were wonderful and the experience was excellent! I dealt with Graham Goguen in sales, and I can't say enough good things about him. He was very knowledgeable about the Highlander and its competitors (e.g., the Honda Pilot), and he responded promptly to all of my idiosyncratic inquiries. His low-key approach to selling cars suited me very well, and his quiet sense of humor was a welcome relief during the exciting but inevitably stressful process of spending a lot of money on a new vehicle. Kudos to Graham. The next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, I'll seek him out. More
