I mentioned the car colors I was interested in and he reviewed possible colors, telling me he had a blue one on the lot - I told him to hang on to it. He did!! Matt emailed me on the next working day wondering how I was feeling about the RAV4 - not being pushy about buying the car. I emailed right back that I wanted the blue RAV4!! He indicated right away that the car had an additional "accessory" on it and that we would talk about it when I came in. We did and I agreed to purchase the car. Moving on to the finance manager - AJ Brownlee. AJ, as did Matt, explained the options regarding financing, servicing, extended warranties, etc., clearly. He did not hesitate to fully explain each option carefully, including if he thought I needed it and I was hesitant. Again, I felt that I was not being pushed to chose any of the options - the choices were mine. Best of all, I believe that the culture of Stevinson Toyota is such that the customer truly comes first!! There is no doubt in my mind that Matt and AJ both meant it when they said - "Call us or come in anytime with questions or help (I'm not technically savvy)with the car." More
