Service Department SCAM Wow!! Five years after buying my car here, they say they no longer have me in the system. Then, even though I made an appointment, they cannot find it Wow!! Five years after buying my car here, they say they no longer have me in the system. Then, even though I made an appointment, they cannot find it. They say it will cost $125 before looking at the car and 2 hours just to look at the car, not even to fix it. It's a simple latch that broke. I have never been treated that poorly before. I don't know if management changed or if they are now running a scam but I won't go back and recommend you don't go at ALL!!! More
