Even though I did not purchase that first day, I was so comfortable with that initial contact that I came back the following day to conclude the purchase and wouldn't have dreamed of going any where else. Jami went to bat for me and the team accommodated my request to remove the bed cover that came with the vehicle so I could equip it with the topper of my choice. Four stars instead of five for the dealership because of: 1. The irritation of the customary dealership back-and-forth negotiations 2. The time it took to process the paperwork for a cash purchase That said, the accommodations during that time (seating, magazines, snacks, general ambiance) were excellent.
