He couldn't be there later that evening, therefore put us in contact with Graham. Graham was very knowledgeable about the Toyota product as well as having a width of knowledge about other brands so that was very helpful, Graham made our shopping experience fun and easy. Jamie helped us finish up the next night and moved us through financing very fast. We also enjoyed working with Mike in the finance department. The only negative thing is we would like to have been briefed on the options and additions prior to having to make that decision in finance. Then in finance it was presented as a monthly additional cost as opposed to knowing what a total cost for the option would have been. (warranty, alarm, clear coat, etc) More

That I would be treated as a payday, and be bored just waiting for things to process. Instead Graham, made sure I was comfortable with all the details before we moved forward. We compared prices, he made sure to go over specs and took the time to explain how I was getting a deal. Since Stevenson Toyota is a corporate dealership, they sell a lot more cars than a smaller dealership, thus are not worried as much about profit and dont need to hike the price. Graham even went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. While signing and going over everything he even took the time to do a rough calculation of interest, and gave tips on how I could save money. I would definitely recommend going to Graham and Stevenson Toyota if your in the market for a new car. More

Graham could have left us in chased down other potential customers, instead he chose to stay with us and help us find what we wanted and needed in a new and used car.
