We purchased a 2014 Toyota Sequoia with low miles and in excellent condition. Our sales rep, Brach Marker, was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly walk us through each step of the purchasing / trade-in process and made sure that all of questions were answered. He went out of his way to ensure that we understood how to utilize all the fancy features that our new car had to offer. Even the financing portion was smooth as butter - thank you Eric! This is my 7th car from Stevinson, and the second time I I worked with Matt West, the Salesman, and Josh Ross, the Finance Manager to purchase a car. This is my 7th car from Stevinson, and the second time I have worked with Matt. Both men were terrific: personable, professional, thorough in their respective explanations, covering appropriate options, and answering all my questions and concerns. I also enjoyed my experience in general. We previously went to the Subaru dealership down the road and didn't like our experience at all. Overwhelmingly happy with my Prius purchase The 2013 Certified Toyota Prius I purchased was the first car I bought on my own and I am very happy with the experience. I began my search with Matt The 2013 Certified Toyota Prius I purchased was the first car I bought on my own and I am very happy with the experience. I began my search with Matt by email, in which he sent me a couple links to check out on my own. It gave me the time and space to look over the options and compare other dealerships in the comfort of my own home. I decided it was time to take a test drive and Matt got me in right way. I did not intend to by a car that day, in fact, when I left the house, I told my partner I WAS NOT coming home with a new car. Well, Matt listened to what I needed and what I could afford. He helped negotiate a monthly payment that I had already determined was within my budget and at a good interest rate (car loan rates are at an historic low right now!) As we were negotiating terms, Matt was both friendly and professional. I never once felt rushed or pressured. These is always some anxiety and excitement with a large purchase like this, but at the end of the day, there was no reason not to make the leap. Eric in financing walked me through all the paperwork and diligently answered all my questions. I highly recommend working with Matt West for your next car purchase. More
