Michael Doucet (Finance) was very warm, pleasant and personable - especially noteworthy as it was near closing time on a busy Friday night! Four stars instead of five for the dealership because of: 1. The irritation of the customary dealership back-and-forth negotiations 2. The time it took to process the paperwork for a cash purchase That said, the accommodations during that time (seating, magazines, snacks, general ambiance) were excellent. Overall a good experience; focus on streamlining the process would be a major improvement. More

So when I needed a used car for my daughter on a tight budget, I gave them another try. Ryan Hejda was awesome! Efficient, responsive, smart and fun. He worked very hard to find us a clean car within our price range. He continued to update us as new cars became available. He pulled the Car Faxes and answered all our questions. We found the car we wanted and he worked hard to get us the terms we wanted. Very happy with our purchase and our experience. And the experience was actually fun! More

First Service on my new 4Runner 2016 Just returned from my first 2016 4Runner Ltd service. Not impressed. The brakes on this vehicle are supposed to be aggressive, mine were at first but Just returned from my first 2016 4Runner Ltd service. Not impressed. The brakes on this vehicle are supposed to be aggressive, mine were at first but are now comparable to my 1998 4Runner Ltd. so I asked that they be checked as these brakes have a booster for emergency stops and don't seem to be working. Nothing done to check. The service lady suggested their service manager take it for a drive which I agreed to. The service manager was standing near me so I explained the issue to him. He seemed to be more interested in settling a new plug of tobacco inside to lower lip than attending to my issue. His response was the brakes should be aggressive but he was too busy to check them now. Ok, that can happen. Then I checked my service manual for Stevinson update. Not completed even though I left it on my front seat for their convenience. Also, my computer service update was not updated so am still getting my service update warning. Guess who is not going back to Stevinson West again? Btw, the Parts guy was helpful and friendly, keep him. More
Great Experience I had my grand daughter's car towed to the Stevenson Lexus Dealer in Lakewood ,Colorado and had the Ignition cylinder replaced .I had some concerns re I had my grand daughter's car towed to the Stevenson Lexus Dealer in Lakewood ,Colorado and had the Ignition cylinder replaced .I had some concerns regards to the service done on the 2007 Lexus RX 350 and decided to meet up with the General Manager Mr William Johnson and had a very pleasant experience. He went over my concerns and explained every minute detail of the service performed and was very fortunate to meet some one like Mr Johnson with such experience and knowledge of the dealership and I was also had the pleasure to meet up with Dwayne who was also at the meeting with whom I was able to have a friendly chat about certain motor vehicles in which we both had some interest. All in all I would certainly recommend Stevenson of Lakewood to any one who would like to own a Lexus automotive in the future because they stand behind the service and one could rely on this Dealership.
