I came into the dealership expecting a battle. I expected to look for things that were not ideal, less than honest, or too good to be true. From the interactions with Jarred De Palo, to the negotiations with Nate Hager, to the finalization of payment with Kendall Janak, the aforementioned excerpt from "Art of War" was an unexpected but very welcome theme throughout. Despite spoiling for a fight, coming in having researched the vehicle in advance, and looking for points to contest, I found the need to do so superfluous. In their refurbishing, maintaining, pricing, and selling of my vehicle, the crew at Stevinson Toyota West made their position refreshingly unassailable. They accomplished this feat with the quality of their service, both to the vehicle and customer, efficiency of the sales process, equitable treatment of all potential customers, and willingness to compromise in the rare instance it can be found necessary to make a deal work for potential buyers. an easy car buy experience I was planning on buying a car for my wife before winter got really difficult. I had visited 3 other dealerships before finding Stevinson Toyota West. I was planning on buying a car for my wife before winter got really difficult. I had visited 3 other dealerships before finding Stevinson Toyota West. The other dealerships did the standard salespersons haggling and runaround negotiating. I was tired and worn out when I arrived to Stevinson. I wanted to buy a car that had some kind of warranty. And I wanted something close to Kelley Book Value. Jarred was polite and most of all very helpful. I told him I was tired of doing the negotiating bit and if he could get me a good offer on the Yaris I was looking at... I'd buy it. Jarred came back with a quote thousands less than I had hypothetically asked for. I was blown away by the offer and was glad I didn't have to do the back and forth. If you want an honest price from an excellent dealership visit Stevinson. If you want excellent/down to earth service ask for Jarred De Palo. The only reason I didn't choose 5 stars was because the clicker doesn't lock/unlock the passenger door. But, I have an appt Wednesday to get it fixed and I was assured it was covered under warranty. A friend of mine had purchased a Lexus from Stevinson and suggested I go there. I built a Rav4 online and next thing you know I got an email from Hugh Fitzpatrick. I made an appointment and when I arrived there was my 2015 RAV4 ready and waiting....complete with my favorite radio station in the #1 spot!!!! It was smooth sailing from there. Hugh was so friendly and kind (and a fellow Christian) so I knew this was a sign from God. A wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend Stevinson...a more specifically Hugh Fitzpatrick!!!! First good car buying experience I was leasing a car for a business and only had a few requirements. Nelson was able to figure those out and also get me the best price possible withou I was leasing a car for a business and only had a few requirements. After visiting a few other dealerships over the course of the week, it was clear that Toyota would most likely be the route I was going. Nothing really compared as well as Stevinson. I received first-class customer care and ultimately, value for my purchase. Everything was explained to me in the detail that I needed and they took the time to make sure I was satisfied. The entire buying process was fast and painless. I was never left on my own to figure things out. Everyone of the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I especially want to single out three of the staff; AJ Brownlee, Hugh Fitzpatrick, and Ryan Litwin. These guys worked like a team - a well-oiled engine - to get me what I wanted. Kudos to them for doing a fantastic job. I had an issue after the sale that was quickly resolved to my utmost satisfaction by AJ and Hugh. I'll always come back here for my next car. More

Tundra Fever! I had been truck shopping for months before stopping into Stevenson. I first went to the Havana location in Aurora where Austin helped me out. I did not find the exact Tundra I wanted but he was a huge help and texted me when similar trucks arrived. I found the one I wanted online at Stevinson west, they couldn't transfer it to the Aurora location but it was well worth the drive. I ended up with a 2010 Limited Tundra! So happy with it!
