A++ All around! I had a horrible experience with another local Toyota dealership so I was very weary going forward. I had spoke with (Brach. Marker) at about 8:45 pm I had a horrible experience with another local Toyota dealership so I was very weary going forward. I had spoke with (Brach. Marker) at about 8:45 pm the night before and set up an appointment the next morning. I arrived in horrible weather Brach already had vehicles warm, cleaned off ready to go! There was no walking around for hours in the snow or driving me around in a golf cart looking at endless rows of vehicles. Once I got to financing (Kendall Janak) had everything ready to go. Explained everything clearly and honestly. I never felt pressured to agree to anything she offered. We were in and out in no time. Efficient, honest and very friendly. She went above and beyond. The dealership is quite far from my home. But I would never set foot in another Toyota again. If and when I need another vehicle or know anyone who does I'll be sending them to Stevenson. More

We will be back! I came into the dealership just to look at and test drive a few models of the 2016 4Runner. As I pulled in, they had already had the 2 vehicles I want I came into the dealership just to look at and test drive a few models of the 2016 4Runner. As I pulled in, they had already had the 2 vehicles I wanted to see pulled up and ready for me to look at and test drive. I was immediately greeted and shown the 4Runners. Jarred was kind and answered all questions I had. I came with the assumption that I would be pushed into buying with all the bells and whistles... NONE of that! They offered me a great price on my trade in and I was more than happy to say "we have a deal!" The overall experience made me and my husband comfortable and ultimately led to the decision to move forward. Marc in Finance was so funny and made the paper work seem like a good time! Jami is the Opposite of the Stereotypical Car Salesman I cannot stand car dealerships...The vultures staring at you as you drive up...the "let me check with my manager" guy when the first deal isn't closed I cannot stand car dealerships...The vultures staring at you as you drive up...the "let me check with my manager" guy when the first deal isn't closed...the manager himself who comes and tries to get you to buy ANYTHING on the lot. I just despise the entire process. That has changed now that I met Jami...This guy is no-nonsense, no-gimmicks, and no-BS. He's honest and friendly, will be open with you about any issues with the cars, and he even came in on his day off to make sure my key programming and Scotchgaurd application went well. If you hate the dealer experience as much as I did, do yourself a favor and email or call Jami directly so you can cruise right past the vultures and into his office. Then deal with AJ Brownlee in finance. Stevinson Toyota just gained a customer for life because of these two guys (and a quality product the stand behind with a great warranty program). More
