I finally found one on Auto trader that was being sold by this dealership. I called the dealership and talked with Mark Land. He was more than willing to help me in any way. I do not live in the Denver area, but am from El Paso, Tx. I flew to Denver and Mark picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership at 8PM and we finalized the deal. I must say that this is the nicest dealership I have ever walked into in my life. I needed to go back to the dealership the next morning and when I did I noticed a chip in the windshield of the jeep. Mark told me to have it filled when I got the jeep back to Texas and send him the receipt and he would pay for it. Which he did. They even serve breakfast at this dealership every morning. What a great experience and pleasure it was doing business with these people. I would also like to say thank you to Marc Csentery the finance manager for his time and kindness. More

New purchase- 2015 Toyota Highlander- Limited We just purchased a new 2015 Highlander (Limited model) from Stevinson Toyota West with the help of Anton Nikonov. Anton coordinated the whole process We just purchased a new 2015 Highlander (Limited model) from Stevinson Toyota West with the help of Anton Nikonov. Anton coordinated the whole process with the rest of the Stevenson staff. The process went very smoothly thanks to his help. He is also very knowledgeable of the details of the various Toyota models and very willing to share the knowledge with his clients. This saved us a lot of time. Anton ordered the vehicle from Toyota after recording our selection and agreeing on price, etc. Due to the complexity of these details there was a mixup on the order but Anton proceeded to re-negotiate a fair arrangement with management and satisfied all parties concerned. His after-sale-review of the vehicle was also very helpful. It helped us to understand the details of the many features available in this excellent vehicle. More

My new Rav4!!! Sooo.. i got a new Toyota Rav4 today!!! I am beyond happy with my entire experience. About three months ago i had gone online to check out my options Sooo.. i got a new Toyota Rav4 today!!! I am beyond happy with my entire experience. About three months ago i had gone online to check out my options around the area. I instantly got an email from Greg Smiley at Stevinson seeing if he could help me find what i wanted. I unfortunately, at the time, was heading back home to Maine and was super busy. I was horrible at responding and he was persistent and great about trying to help me out. Eventually i had told him i was so sorry and that i would contact him if/when i was ready. So, because of his effort and reaching out, a few months later i decided winter is just not fun with bald tires and no brakes! Thankfully from there on out he was nothing but great helping me move forward. Unfortunately because i owed so much on my Suzuki, we couldnt quite get my monthly payment where i wanted it to be. However, after going back and forth about 8 times to attempt to get a lower payment for me, Nate Hager came down to chat with me. First words after introducing himself to me, he says "What did you do to Greg? He's not taking no for an answer and is really pulling for you!" I didnt need him to tell me that because I knew that already! Greg did everything in his power to help me out! So after sleeping on it a couple weeks, i called him up and said "I'm coming in, its gotta be done!" So after biting the bullet and accepting the realness of car payments in 2015, I am now leasing a brand new Rav4 that i am completely in love with! I had other options of people i know that own other car dealerships, but it was truly the dedication and help that Greg and staff offered to me that made me decide to stick with my gut and purchase my Rav4!
