Excellent A little over a week ago, I went into Stevinson Toyota West and Scion dealership to trade in my 2012 Nissan Xterra for a new 4Runner. I had called in and set an appointment with Sean Turkington. From the minute I walked in, Sean made me feel very comfortable ensuring that this won't be a typical car dealership experience where I would be pressured to get into a deal that would be outside of my financial comfort zone. And did he deliver on that! He was very helpful answering all my questions and acted patiently as a middle man during my negotiations with the finance department. It truly felt that he had my best interest. Even at times when I thought we had hit the wall and no further movement was possible, he negotiated and got me an unbeatable deal. The finance process went seamlessly as well. I drove off the parking lot extremely happy and confident that I had received the best deal in town. Have been enjoying my 4Runner since then! More

I went to Mountain states Toyota to test drive a manual transmission Scion ia and was told by their salesman to comeback and test drive it tomorrow because it was out of gas. When I arrived at Stevinson I met Nelson who took care of me right from the beginning. He let me drive the car as long as I wanted and answered all of my questions. When it came time to buy the car the numbers made sense and I didn't feel like they were hiding fees and other charges. Josh in finance was honest and great to deal with when signing the paperwork.
