I am very happy with my experience with Sean, he was very straight forward with me, and was not too aggressive, which would have turned me off from the purchase. My new Rav4!!! Sooo.. i got a new Toyota Rav4 today!!! I am beyond happy with my entire experience. About three months ago i had gone online to check out my options Sooo.. i got a new Toyota Rav4 today!!! I am beyond happy with my entire experience. About three months ago i had gone online to check out my options around the area. I instantly got an email from Greg Smiley at Stevinson seeing if he could help me find what i wanted. I unfortunately, at the time, was heading back home to Maine and was super busy. I was horrible at responding and he was persistent and great about trying to help me out. Eventually i had told him i was so sorry and that i would contact him if/when i was ready. So, because of his effort and reaching out, a few months later i decided winter is just not fun with bald tires and no brakes! Thankfully from there on out he was nothing but great helping me move forward. Unfortunately because i owed so much on my Suzuki, we couldnt quite get my monthly payment where i wanted it to be. However, after going back and forth about 8 times to attempt to get a lower payment for me, Nate Hager came down to chat with me. First words after introducing himself to me, he says "What did you do to Greg? He's not taking no for an answer and is really pulling for you!" I didnt need him to tell me that because I knew that already! Greg did everything in his power to help me out! So after sleeping on it a couple weeks, i called him up and said "I'm coming in, its gotta be done!" So after biting the bullet and accepting the realness of car payments in 2015, I am now leasing a brand new Rav4 that i am completely in love with! I had other options of people i know that own other car dealerships, but it was truly the dedication and help that Greg and staff offered to me that made me decide to stick with my gut and purchase my Rav4! I've driven German cars for over a decade, am finally sick of the reliability and expense of repairs so I've joined my wife as a Toyota owner after the excellent experience we've had with her car. I started and auto trader and wound up at Stevinson one night. I met Sean Turkington by wandering into the dealership at 8:30pm at night and looking around. He walked out to lock some cars up and I spotted him. He was friendly, welcoming and knowledgable, I liked him right away and he showed me a few cars he had on the lot, talked about some great features in the newly remodeled Tacoma. He had some great stories and was real easy to connect and relate with. I we exchanged info and I met with him two days later when I had some time. I saw some pricing at other dealerships that looked competitive, but I liked Sean and Stevinson is close to my house so I stuck with them. He was really helpful through the whole experience and was great to work with. I was initially looking at used cars but Toyotas retain their resale so well it seemed silly to buy a used one for a couple thousand less so I wound up with a new 4Runner. The facility is impressive, they carry a good inventory, they care about their reputation, they have numerous awards, they take care of their customers, they're friendly and professional... It is really the best dealership I've ever worked with, and there have been several over the years. Customer service is so important when dealing with people, they have my loyalty and I'll reward them with my business. No, they weren't serving cool aid, I just truly enjoyed my experience with them.
