Most of the other dealerships in the Denver area would not work with us to get the car built by TOYOTA. Some wanted 3k to 5k over MSRP on the first contact. Stevinson Toyota West, Greg Smiley and John Petro changed everything. They worked with us to get TOYOTA to build exactly what we wanted. AAron in service had us in and out quickly after the installation of the DVD player. Mr. Mcrae, you will know him by his bright red beard. So helpful on the same day I brought my daughter;s new Sienna in for the new car check up. Mr Mcrae asked me if i wanted the car washed, I said yes and could you clean the front windshield it is very smugged from my daughter. Mr Mcrae said we don't usually do the windows, I said OK. Mr. Mcrae then went out to my car and washed the inside of the front windshield so I could see better and help me not to get into an accident. Everyone is this purchasing event was A-One. More

Then, I had to make the decision whether to repair or buy a new car. so, a new car......Greg Smiley was very kind, fun, and easy to work with when I was selecting a new RAV4. Greg was very patient and understood how difficult it was to say good bye to my old trusty car. While I was working with Greg, Aaron from service stopped by to make sure I was doing okay. Although we were not intending to buy when we arrived, Ryan was able to work with us and the sales manager to reach an attractive price that compelled us to acquire the vehicle. Since our purchase, Ryan has also been very helpful by explaining and demonstrating the various features on the 4Runner.
