Nelson was very helpful in my search for a truck, I walked on the lot looking for a specific vehicle that I had found on your website and found that I didn't like it. There was another truck next to it walked on the lot looking for a specific vehicle that I had found on your website and found that I didn't like it. There was another truck next to it that was beautiful and Nelson was quick to grab the keys so I could check it out. Nelson was quiet and not pushy at all as some sales people can be. He was helpful, very patient with me, and kind. I would recommend Nelson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable sales man that won't try and force you to buy a vehicle. I rated Stevenson a 4 star as they do not allow you to negotiate the price of the vehicle you may want to buy and I unfortunately left the dealership in my new to me truck with less than a quarter tank of gas. More

My experience with Stevinson Toyota West was great. I'll be honest, we went to a few other dealerships to shop around on price, but we knew we'd come back to Stevinson for the purchase. The price was compet be honest, we went to a few other dealerships to shop around on price, but we knew we'd come back to Stevinson for the purchase. The price was competitive but the service set Stevinson apart. I did not feel pressured to buy, nor was I upsold. My salesperson, Corey Sumner, did a great job and I would reccomend him to anybody looking to buy a new car. Would buy another car from Stevinson and I will when I come back for my Rav4 Prime in 3 years! More
