Sales allowed us to proceed at our own comfort level/speed. We are exceptionally happy with our Highlander. The research and purchase process was completely comfortably and helpful. The finance process where we had to sit through all the Extras that can be purchased to protect your new car was way to long. My wife was ready to walk out. Her comment was that if you spend $40K on a new car it should be "Protected" as is. This should not take away from the excellent people and service and professionalism of the dealer. The extras seem to be a "Required" presentation and must be high profit sales products. More
