He helped me tremendously while looking for a new car. He found me one quickly that was within my price range and reliable. Within one week of meeting with him, I financed a RAV4. Unfortunately, I could not drive the car home with me the day of the purchase, and the drive was out of the way for me. Mike offered to drop it off to me at my work. I thought that was above and beyond customer service. AJ Brownlee was also wonderful in the financing department. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and educated me without being pushy. Ryan Jendreas took excellent care of me, He was professional, courteous, articulate, outgoing, never applying pressure. He was present ontime for follow up visits when he said he would be.. A.J. Brownlee was likewise unusually personable, upfront and took his time with every question asked. Only problem was Stevinson's answering machine/forwarding (personnel?/machinery?). Two messages I left never reached A.J. Glad Ryan and A.J. weren't working for the people trying to sell the Brooklyn Bridge...I might have bought it too. More

Over the past six years. I have developed a very good relationship with the service department. They work with you, explaining your options, rather than dictating what you need. (Not so at other dealership service departments.) In fact, the service at another dealership is why I chose to trade that car in for a new Toyota at a dealership whose service department I trust. More
