Hugh and I Played email tag for a couple weeks and he was quick to reply with all of my questions. Hugh was the best car sale person Ive dealt with over the years. I recommend Hugh if you're looking to buy a vehicle. My only two concerns, the agreed price via email was never honored by the sales manager who was less-than-pleasurable to work with. Secondly, the truck was sold as a certified Toyota but failed two items on the certification checklist despite being signed by the service technician and service manager. The items were taken care of (quickly) after talking to Hugh about these items. That speaks to Hugh's word and service recovery to keep a happy customer. Hugh was great and the atmosphere was great and more than accommodating. The sales manager could use a vacation and adjust his attitude with potential customers but with the money they made from my trade, he is probably planning on that now. More

Both times they made minor repairs on my old Tundra (new headlight, brake pads) and charged me a fraction of the price i had paid at another Toyota dealership so I felt that they earned the right to have first shot a my purchase business. After doing a lot of research, I requested a quote online for a new 4Runner and they gave me a very fair price that they honored throughout the process. I worked with Jessie and Josh in sales and they were both knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being pushy. Mark in finance was great too. They managed to keep the usual dealership "stuff" to a minimum, which was a welcome change. I definitely recommend Stevinson Toyota West. More
