The next day I went over and spoke with him. He was able to clearly and patiently answer every question I had. We had a test drive in a 2014 RAV4 and that sold me. Josh has a very positive attitude and left plenty of room to address my concerns. I especially appreciated how he did not give me a heavy "sales pitch". I already owned a 2000 RAV4, so mostly what I needed to know about was the upgrades and there are plenty. He was upbeat and made my new-car buying experience easy and enjoyable. More

I emailed the dealership about a Rav 4 that was available and I got an email AND a text the very next day Hugh Fitzpatrick was wonderful to work with! I had to drive down from Fort Collins on a busy Monday and Hugh made sure I didn't make the trip unless the car I was interested in was still available. I've never been treated with such respect at a car dealership, I felt 100% comfortable buying my car. Hugh and Marc stayed at the dealership until 10:30 making sure everything was perfect and I left with an amazing deal and an awesome car.
