I wished I had found this site last fall (2013) when I bought a new Toyota at Stevensons. It was my first experience buying a new car. My previous two experiences were buying used cars from private sellers. I was unfortunate enough to get Marc Csentery as a finance officer. He convinced me to get these extra options: gap insurance (400), extended warranty (2500), extra exterior and interior protection (840). The extended warranty is the most outrageous...he claimed to have given me a discount but later I found out shortly after the deal that I could get it for 700 from a Toyota dealer in TN! None of these were necessary in hindsight. I was able to get a refund for the gap insurance and extended warranty (took a few months). This Marc Csentery used diversionary tactics to wear me down....asking me questions/telling irrelevant stories unrelated to the deal. I was tired that day dealing with the sales guy. Mike Doucet is a more reasonable person. He runs the finance department. If I were Mike, I would fire Marc Csentery for giving the dealership a bad reputation. Avoid this Marc Csentery guy!!! More

I was treated so well I didn't feel the need to shop around at other Toyota dealers and ended up paying less for the 2014 model which is better equipped than I did for the 2007 model. More

The last time I was in the market I promised to use the awful experience I had previously at another dealership and learn from it. Jesse made it so easy for me. He was willing to listen to ALL my questions with no sugar coated intimidation when answering them and gave me time that I needed to process and help me feel comfortable. He walked me through each car as we made comparisons, I felt like I was talking to friend rather than a "car dealer". I will return when it is time to purchase again and in the mean time recommend Jesse and Stevinson to everyone I know who is looking. Mike worked with me on the financing and was also wonderful. My wife's 1st pleasant auto-buying experience. Going shopping for a car with my wife, especially her own car, has always been a tough experience for me in the past. However, on a whim (since we ha Going shopping for a car with my wife, especially her own car, has always been a tough experience for me in the past. However, on a whim (since we had my Prius in for some repairs), my wife decided we would look at cars while we were at your facility. We had been talking hypothetically about getting a new car, since her Camry was 11 years old and my Prius was 9 years old, but were still debating whether we really needed a new car. My wife met Jesse while I was in the service department and they hit it off right away. My wife is very picky, often impatient, and knows what she wants. Jesse listened to her wants and immediately took us to vehicles that matched her demands. It wasn't too long before she and I were debating which vehicle we wanted (rather than whether we wanted one at all). When we left the dealership with our new Prius, she was still smiling, a first in our auto-buying experience together. Thanks to Jesse! More

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Why have I rated every category "GREAT"? Because it was simply awesome. I ordered my 2014 Toyota Highlander in early May. I explained to New Vehicle S Why have I rated every category "GREAT"? Because it was simply awesome. I ordered my 2014 Toyota Highlander in early May. I explained to New Vehicle Sales Manager John Petro exactly what I wanted and he even suggested the model that would meet my expectations. John kept me updated on the manufacturing date and expected delivery to the rail yard in Denver. The vehicle was built on May 19th, 2014 and arrived in the Denver rail yard on June 4th. Transport delivered it to the dealership on June 11th. Amazing that it was built in Indiana and delivered in less than a month is simply put ... AWESOME. John explained that it to be PDI and prepped for deliver to my wife and I on June 12th. We set an appointment time for 1-1:30 PM on the 12th. We arrived on time and John, with a HUGE smile on his face greeted us. Made us feel so welcome. He show us the vehicle and it blew me away. What a beautiful vehicle. He then introduced us to Tony Salazar. Another very warm welcome. Tony explained all the paper work in detail and we signed ... signed and signed. There were no secrets as to what we were signing and we felt very comfortable in the situation. After John got approval for us, we were off to finance. Kendall Janak was also fantastic, carefully explaining every document in detail. Again, no secrets and we were in and out in a very respectful time. Next, Tony explained all the gadgets, to many to mention on this SUV. We weren't prepared for the vehicle to loaded with all this. AWESOME job Tony for being patient with us and making sure we had a grasp of their operations. All the way home we were playing with all the apps. Got it down before we got home. Would I recommend this dealership? Without any hesitation. And, I would also make sure they contacted John Petro and Tony Salazar. Mostly looked at Toyota vehicles, as we have had good experiences with the brand for over 30 years. Decided on either replacing our current 2006 Corolla or taking the jump to a Prius. Price information from Consumer reports alerted 2 dealers in the Denver area. Josh was one of the first to contact us. We had decided on a Prius and on a trip back from the mountains stopped at Stevinson to look at actual car colors. It was our first visit to the dealership and unannounced, but Josh arranged for another salesman to take us over the lot. We made an appointment with Josh for the next afternoon, sat down and in short time signed a contract for a new Prius. While Deb handled the financial paperwork, the car was made ready to drive home in the rush hour. We had preferred an easier ride the next day, but so what. All in all we have been pleased with our first dealings with Stevinson, while carefully getting used to the Prius. John & Gretha Vermeulen More
