After talking on the phone withTony, he sent me a link so I could look at and compare many of the RAV4s that were available. Once I came in to STW, Tony and I discussed the RAV4. I had been driving a 4-Runner for over 20 years and decided that a RAV4 would be a more economical SUV. Since I drive mountain roads most of the time, I was concerned with a 4 cylinder instead of a 6 cylinder engine, an automatic instead of a manual transmission, as well as driving and handling, cargo space, and audio features. Tony showed me several of the RAV4s I had looked at online, and then explained the difference between an automatic 5-speed and 6-speed, the 60/40 wheel traction, and AWD. Then we went to test drive both a 6-cylinder and 4-cylinder on I-70 up and down hills. The 4-cylinder handled the grade just as well as the 6-cylinder. During my time at STW, Tony was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He answered my questions and gave me much information. Although I did not purchase a RAV4 that day, Tony got in touch with me again in a couple of days. The 4-cylinder RAV4 was still available and I decided to come in and buy it. I appreciate Tony's help and perseverance in helping me make a decision on buying a RAV4. More

While the entire staff was helpful, my salesman, Josh Ross, could not have been more wonderful to work with. I sent him an inquiry online and within hours had several quotes in hand. We chatted and agreed to meet the next day at the dealership. The next afternoon was surprisingly painless and even enjoyable- discussed several Highlander models, took a test drive and purchased the vehicle. Josh even helped me get familiar with the new Entune system and connect to my iPhone! Within a few hours I left with a great car and a smile on my face. We first bought from this dealership in 2002- so glad I chose a Toyota and Stevinson again! More
