This is the review for the Service Department. I requested to replace a broken tail light assembly and scheduled an appointment. My friend brought the car to them because I was not in the area. Their service agent said over the phone that the part was in stock, then reported that the work was done in a couple of days, and then charged $900 for the part plus labor. I asked my friend to pick up the car. My friend noticed that they replaced the light with a used and damaged one, and then he called the manager. After a 40 min wait, the manager came and admitted that the service was not rendered and that it should be redone after ordering a new part. They never called me back to apologize, and their service agent never picked up the phone when I attempted to call them back. It is not just unprofessional, it is outright fraud. Stay away from these guys. More
The sales person was nice and they didn’t try to oversell the “extras” but watch out for the actual quality of the car. Bought a used 2 year old car with 28k miles on it and its heated seats are constantly o the “extras” but watch out for the actual quality of the car. I also found that a nut from one of the tail lights was missing causing water to get in. The basics of inspecting a car apparently doesn’t cover these things. More

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dealership’s finance department. After purchasing my vehicle, I promptly canceled the Total Care package within 48 hours and clearly instructed the Finance Manager, to remove it from my loan. Instead, he added the charge without my permission, despite multiple verbal confirmations that I did not want it financed. To make matters worse, my numerous emails and calls to resolve the issue went completely ignored. When I finally reached out to Toyota Financial myself, I learned that the refund had been issued—not to me, but back to Toyota Financial. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-up from the finance team has been unacceptable. A car purchase should be a smooth, transparent process, but unfortunately, my experience here was anything but. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable customer service. More

Seems every time I have a scheduled service they’re 2-3 hours behind! I feel the customer service is lacking at this service department! I have owned various brands of cars and service was great!
