Could Have Been Better The salesperson was friendly and the product was what I expected. Finance was expeditious and fair. Delivery of the product and price was less than expected. I purchased a certified vehicle which should of had some negation but they were not receptive. With some reservation; I accepted the deal. When the vehicle was delivered I found out only then that it had only one set of keys and promptly was told an additional set would cost several hundred dollars and I would need to schedule an appointment in the future to get the additional set. I received the vehicle with almost no fuel and a very light cleaning. Not a complete detail which I thought would have been standard with a certified . This was my first Toyota purchase and I expected more. Hopefully, the vehicle will perform to its reputation. More

He was efficient and prompt in handling the details and precise in answering my questions. Best Car Buying Experience, EVER! Hugh was very impressive. He stepped up when the sales person I was supposed to meet was unavailable. The test drive route he provided was extraordinary, We climbed a substantial hill so I could feel the power of the 4 cylinder engine the Camry possesses. He instructed me how to use the engine brake feature of the Camry Hybrid during our descent route. Throughout the test drive Hugh was instructing me how well this vehicle performed, the warranties Toyota offered and how Toyota Care was a very special feature I wouldn't want to miss. The reason I purchased the vehicle from Stevinson Toyota Scion West vs other Toyota dealerships closer to my house was because of how Hugh treated me. His "person first" attitude made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt like I wasn't in a car dealership but at a friend's house who was so graciously instructing me about the features and qualities of a Toyota Camry Hybrid. Delivery was wonderful! Hugh was kind enough to help me take delivery of the vehicle. He was gracious enough to program my favorite radio and XM stations for me. He also synced my phone to the vehicle. On top of that he left the vehicle and called me so I could get used to the hands free telephone feature. He also went through the servicing portion of the vehicle and was disappointed the Service department was closed because he wanted me to meet the team / manager. His friendliness and caring about the person shined during the entire process. I am extremely happy Hugh was available to make my purchase and delivery experience exceptional. More
