Used Car purchase I work in retail management so I wanted to write this review as you don't usually hear the good that you have done - you mostly hear the negative part I work in retail management so I wanted to write this review as you don't usually hear the good that you have done - you mostly hear the negative part of feedback. I researched a vehicle for my family and came up with the Toyota Sienna being the best used van that we were in the market for. After narrowing that down to make and model, I went online and saw who had them for sale. After 2 days of looking, we narrowed that down a little more to a Sienna with leather seats so we could clean them when our little ones spill on the seats. So that pointed us to Stevinson Toyota in Lakewood CO. They had a used Sienna XLE Limited on hand and I called to make an appointment. I got in touch with Mark Land. He was very helpful and friendly. He set up the appointment for later that morning and met us at the door. Mark showed us what all the buttons were for and let us test drive the van. After several minutes, we got on the highway then headed back to the dealership. My family and I had lunch then met Mark again. We talked over final details and finished the paperwork. Then he took me up to finance where Kendall Janak did a great job getting the monthly payment that we needed. I appreciated all the time that was spent on our transaction to make sure I understood everything. All in all a great experience. I will recommend anyone to go to Stevinson Toyota in Lakewood and have the same great experience that I did. More

New Prius owners We did our research online and then went through the Costco Auto Buying Program. Costco gave us the contact information for Stevinson Toyota West and put us in touch with Josh Ross. The whole process was so easy. We arrived at the dealership, met with Heath McNally who handles fleet sales. He showed us their inventory, MSRP, dealer invoice price, and Costco price. Once we selected our Prius, Josh met with us for a test drive. He was very thorough on explaining the car's features and how to drive a Hybrid. Once the test drive was done, we made our decision and Heath gathered the paperwork. We knew we were getting the best price available so no haggling needed. Next step was to meet with Debra Avants-King to finalize the financing and warranty information, and we were good to go. All-in-all, the whole process took about 1.5-2 hours. We would definitely recommend Stevinson Toyota West to our friends and family. More
