Great Experience The overall experience was great. Tony Salazar was up front from the beginning when we talked through what it would take to get the truck I wanted. The overall experience was great. I believe he went above and beyond when he offered to help me sell my Subaru on my own as he explained I would get more for my investment rather than trade the vehicle in. I value honesty and matter of fact when dealing with sales and appreciate talking straight forward. Upon checkout, I was treated with respect and although additional items were offered for sale with the vehicle, my desire to limit my expenses was recognized and the agent did not press the sales. This is not the same with other dealerships! The checkout can be extremely uncomfortable as they try to push everything on you but Stevenson Toyota valued my limits and I believe they truly wanted me to get the best experience and have a win for everyone involved. More

Josh helped me narrow my search, took me on a couple of test drives, and was very attentive at listening to my needs. He was helpful in answering my questions about leasing vs. purchasing a vehicle, and has been great at answering my follow up questions. I have now been a customer of Stevinson Toyota West for 8 years. Everybody I have worked with in sales, finance and service has been friendly and helpful. Considering I visited the dealership more than once and drove different vehicles, both new and used, it was very nice not to feel rushed in the eventual purchase. Josh also went to bat for me during the financial negotiations, and at the and of the day I felt that the price I paid for the level of vehicle purchased was quite fair. Debra was great. She walked me through all the options on the financial end of things, and we made some changes during the process that made the deal more attractive and honestly just more convenient in the long run for my personal situation. This will not be the last vehicle I purchase from this dealership...!2 More

The techs could have done a little bit of a better job cleaning the vehicle before I took it but they probably compromised to get it out quickly.
