During the test drive, Otis explained the AWD features, entune capabilities, shifting options, reclining back seats and difference between ECO and sport mode. I was looking for a quick, no hassle, minimum haggle experience and was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Stevinson. Working with Joe Nesvara in sales and Steve Sertich in finance made my transaction quick and painless. Joe answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns, was very responsive to calls and emails, and made the test drive an easy, no pressure experience. I made an appointment to finalize the sale and everyone was on time, in and out as I requested. I feel like I got a good price overall and would recommend Stevinson to my friends and family. More

I wished I had found this site last fall (2013) when I bought a new Toyota a I have a warning for you.....AVOID MARC CSENTERY at Stevensons Toyota. I wished I had found this site last fall (2013) when I bought a new Toyota at Stevensons. It was my first experience buying a new car. My previous two experiences were buying used cars from private sellers. I was unfortunate enough to get Marc Csentery as a finance officer. He convinced me to get these extra options: gap insurance (400), extended warranty (2500), extra exterior and interior protection (840). The extended warranty is the most outrageous...he claimed to have given me a discount but later I found out shortly after the deal that I could get it for 700 from a Toyota dealer in TN! None of these were necessary in hindsight. I was able to get a refund for the gap insurance and extended warranty (took a few months). This Marc Csentery used diversionary tactics to wear me down....asking me questions/telling irrelevant stories unrelated to the deal. I was tired that day dealing with the sales guy. Mike Doucet is a more reasonable person. He runs the finance department. If I were Mike, I would fire Marc Csentery for giving the dealership a bad reputation. Avoid this Marc Csentery guy!!! More
