My Wife and I were interested in purchasing a van. We had two in mind, the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey. Since we had dealt with Stan Hoffman on our previous 3 Toyota's purchases we came back to had two in mind, the Toyota Sienna and the Honda Odyssey. Since we had dealt with Stan Hoffman on our previous 3 Toyota's purchases we came back to see Stan to see what the Sienna had to offer. Stan was with a customer when we arrived and he asked Hugh Fitzpatrick to show us a van and answer any questions. We had advised Hugh and Stan that we were just looking and not interested in purchasing a Sienna until we stopped by the Honda dealer to look at the Odyssey. Hugh brought a van to us so we could look inside to get a feel for the van and he answered all our questions and even ones we didn't ask. One point i would like to make here, at no time did Hugh pressure us to purchase the van. We then proceeded to the Honda dealership and i have to admit the Odyssey is impressive. BUT, the sales folks at Honda immediately gave us the impression that they wanted us to purchase their van before we even took a test drive. That was a major distraction to us, even after we repeatedly informed the sales person that we were just looking. The bottom line in is this. The sales folks at Stevinson's are the best, simply that. In particular Stan Hoffman and that is why we keep coming back. The laid back attitude of Stan and Hugh was the selling point. Now for the selling points of the Sienna. My wife loved the reclining seats in the 2nd row and the fact that we had own 3 toyota's previously, the learning curve was not a problem. The Sienna may not have all the bells and whistles the Odyssey had (by the way that was a distraction for my wife) we both just felt comfortable in the Sienna and knew that we would not get a song and dance routine from Stan. Stan is an exceptional salesman and that explains why we keep coming back to Stevinsons and asking for Stan Hoffman. One last thing to pass along. My wife was concerned that driving a bigger vehicle (she had a Venza, oh which is now my vehicle..lol) would become a problem for her. That was not the case, she got in Sienna and because the set up in the Sienna was just like the Venza her learning curve was no problem for her at all. She drove the Sienna as if she had been driving a similar vehicle all her life. I think i have pretty much ran out of words to say here. Just know that when someone asks us where they should go to look for a car we will always direct them to Stevinson and have them talk to Stan Hoffman or Hugh Fitzpatrick. More

Overall it was a very enjoyable and easy process. Unlike most dealerships I had visited before, no one was pushy at Stevinson Toyota West, they simply showed my the cars I was interested in and answered my questions. I would definitely shop at Stevinson Toyota West again and I would ask for Jeff Hsiung. He was very polite and formal through the whole process, even waiting and seeing me off as I left the dealership in my new car. More

I initially contacted Stevinson Toyota through an online request for information on a vehicle they had posted. Hugh immediately responded to my request and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism request for information on a vehicle they had posted. I am about an hour to an hour and a half away from the dealership so I was a bit reserved on making that kind of trip just to find out we couldn't make a deal work. I've had several experiences contacting dealerships which give you very little info and all they try to do is get you in the door. This was not the case with Hugh. He was very open about what they could do for me and even gave me a "sight unseen" trade in value for my vehicle! Based on what Hugh presented me, my wife and I thought it would be worth the trip to the dealership and let me say, we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and professional and the dealership was extremely clean and comfortable. Hugh gave us a fun, "no pressure" test drive and really made sure we had the all the time we needed to get a feel for the vehicle. We decided to talk numbers and again, I was really impressed with how Hugh turned a typical "high pressure" sales experience into a relaxed and open conversation. After a few offers and counter offers, we were able to quickly come to an agreement on price and were on our way! Thanks Hugh!! More

He patiently allowed me time to go through the process at my pace, which was over a number of days. I also appreciated the fact that John Gentry checked in with me to see how I was doing. I was also struck with the fact that even after the sale had been completed, Joe was incredibly helpful in making certain I was comfortable with the operation of my new Prius. He patiently took the time to show me things that I needed to know, and has since then made himself available for any questions I might have. I should also mention that one of the primary reasons I chose to purchase a new Prius from Stevinson is because of the amazingly professional and friendly service I have received on my previous Prius from the service department. Anytime I've met Ken Taughber, it's always apparent he wants to make certain I'm pleased with the service I have received. Ken and his crew are fantastic! More
