I have been shopping for a Hylander for quite a while. We live two hours from Denver. So, getting down there to shop is not easy. I called a few weeks ago to ask some questions. He was patient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to on the phone. He called to let me know the car we wanted was in. Because he was so nice on the phone we decided that is who we would buy the car from. From the minute we shook hands at the dealership he was a pleasure to do business with. He knew everything about the car. He showed us around the dealership for future knowledge. Marc and Mark made the actual purchase a breeze. Otis was the best salesmen we worked with during our experience of finding a car. Like all car purchases it took more time than we wanted with negotiating on a price we were happy with, but in the end I left with a new car and was happy with the overall experience. I came to Stevinson Toyota West to purchase a new Toyota Rav-4. Hugh Fitzpatrick greeted me as soon as I walked in the door on a late Saturday evening. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful and assisted me throughout the entire purchasing process. We found two options for the type of vehicle that I was looking for, and we looked at both cars in the lot as well as on the drive. Hugh explained the various features and options of the Rav-4. He also brought the car into the dealer prep area so that we could look at it in good lighting. When I was ready to make my final purchase decision, Hugh made every minute count and was a very easy, efficient, pleasant experience. He made my appointment at a time that was convenient for me, even though it was after his usual scheduled work hours. He explained the financing options, payments, etc. so that I was comfortable with those decisions. He helped me set up my Toyta Entune account and explained how that feature worked. He also made sure that I had the "Toyota Cares" phone number entered into my phone and explained the program to me. When the car was ready, he put me in the driver's seat and reviewed all of the features of the car, adjusted the seat and mirrors, heating, etc. so that I was comfortable. Hugh also set up my phone's bluetooth so that I could receive calls and the volume was set appropriately. Also, Hugh set up the navigation system so that I could navigate to my home address as soon as I left the dealership. He helped transfer my belongings from my rental car to the new car, and moved my rental car to the Enterprise holding area, and he took care of the drop-off paperwork. I received a follow-up call, text, and note following my purchase asking me if I had any questions. I know that he went above and beyond throughout this purchasing experience and his help and knowledge of the vehicle was greatly appreciated. I will recommend Hugh Fitzpatrick to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used Toyota. More
