HE BROUGHT A VERY NICE PRIUS OVER TO THE HOUSE, TOOK MY WIFE ON A DRIVE, SPENT TIME GOING OVER SYSTEMS WITH HER, TOOK PICTURE OF MY FORD. THAT IS GOING THE EXTRA MILE IN MY BOOK. When I went to pick my friend up for breakfast while they were putting the clear mask on her 2014 Prius I never would have guessed that I would be driving off the lot that afternoon with a 2009 Prius for me. were putting the clear mask on her 2014 Prius I never would have guessed that I would be driving off the lot that afternoon with a 2009 Prius for me. But Tony was so wonderful at running numbers for me so that I could make an informed decision that I finally have my beautiful green Prius - after only 13 years of wanting one. Tony is so supportive and informative. I never felt pressured. And, most importantly, I never felt that any of my questions were foolish. Experiences at previous dealerships looking at and/or buying a car as a single woman have not been that positive. But at Stevinson I always feel that I am treated fairly and with respect. And Tony goes the extra mile. He very patiently set up my phone so that I could drive off the lot with my phone in sync and my confidence high in driving a hybrid. He was every bit as helpful and patient with my used car purchase as he had been the previous week for my friend's new car purchase. This is one salesman and one dealership that I always sing the praises of and feel comfortable sending other single women to alone. I never worry that they will have a bad experience. More

First off I hate buying new cars. I hate the whole concept. I hate how much the price can fluctuate. I hate the "let me go check with my manager". I hate the way car dealerships are programmed to run concept. I hate how much the price can fluctuate. I hate the "let me go check with my manager". I hate the way car dealerships are programmed to run and how long the whole process usually takes. I drove my old truck for longer than a decade for a number of reasons but not least of which is that I dreaded buying a new car, dealing with salespeople, finance people, etc. Stevinson Toyota West, with Otis selling and Deb setting up the financing, changed all that for me. My wife and I came in late on a Friday, looked at a few things, took a Tundra for a test drive and I was signing papers an hour or so later. I got a good deal financially on the exact truck I wanted but most importantly for me I didn't feel pressured or haggled or anything else- I simply picked what I liked, had my options explained to me clearly, made a decision, signed the papers and drove the truck home. Pretty simple really. Otis took the time to run the numbers for me on both a sale and a lease and in the end buying the truck was the best option but what stood out to me was that it didn't seem to matter to him which I chose he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the purchase. The absolute only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 was because the dealership only filled the gas tank up halfway when I bought the truck. I bought my first car for $800 out of an old man's front yard and even he felt compelled to fill up the tank for me when I purchased it. I know everyone has to keep their belts tightened but to do so on $30 in gas seems like a bad spot to do it. I'll go back and buy from these folks again, especially Otis, when the need arises. More
