Otis was such a great salesperson to work with. He was very considerate of my needs in a car but also my budget. I had originally come in to look at purchasing a used 2012 Chevy Cruise. I let Otis know what kind of down payment I had and what I would like my monthly payment to be. He was able to offer me the option to lease a 2014 Toyota Corolla S, which happened to work better for my budget than buying used because I put $1000 less down and my payment was less per month by leasing. Before I came into the dealership I had never even considered leasing. However Otis explained how leasing has changed and how since I eventually wanted a small SUV, it might be a better choice to lease a car than buy a car. He never pressured me to lease or buy. He simply showed me both options and what my down payment would be and what my monthly payment would be for each car and then let me choose. I also worked with Kendall, who was such a joy to work with. She explained everything very well to me and made sure that I did not have any questions. She was also considerate of my budget when she was talking to me about extra things I could add to me car. I am so happy I chose to lease a new car than buy a used car. I would definitely buy a car here again. More

In looking for a V6 Rav4 I called Stevinson West as I had purchased a vehicle there before. Dean McDonald got me onto the web site to see what was available. After discussing a possible deal with Dean and his sales manager Rick I decided to wait before trading in my 2005 Sequoia. Both employees were very pleasant and accomodating. Several days later I changed my mind and returned to Denver. I went to the dealership and found that Dean was not available that day. A warm and friendly young man Chris Sandoval assisted me. He helped me test drive several Rav 4s. I was able to find one that seemed to be in excellent condition except for the windshield. Chris was able to get a work order for having the windshield replaced near my home. He was very good about getting information for me both during and after the sale and has followed up to make sure the windshield was replaced and the vehicle is presenting no problems. He was delightful to work with. Also Mark Scentery in finance as well as Rick the sales manager were very pleasant to deal with. Although there is a Toyota dealership here in Trinidad, Stevinson West remains my first choice in dealers. As a 35 year plus veteran Toyota customer I am impressed with the efficiency, courtesy, knowledge and friendliness exhibited at Stevinson West. More

We were looking for a family vehicle for a couple of weeks. We had been to many dealerships and test drove a few different brands to decide what we wanted. He listened to what we were looking for since we had narrowed down the search considerably by this point in time but also explained the pros and cons to our choices. Surprisingly we ended up purchasing an SUV that was not even on the list that day a Toyota Highlander. Tom did a very good job of informing us of every step through the process and what we could expect while at the same time addressing any and all concerns we may have had. We are very happy with our purchase and felt very good when we pulled off the lot. Car buying can be very intimidating and you are never quite sure if you are being taken advantage of but with Tom the process seemed just a little less intense and overwhelming. More

At one point we expressed interest in a vehicle we had not test-driven, and he was adamant (but not pushy) that if we were interested, we should test drive it. Tom was very helpful when the time came to talk price. He made some suggestions that would help get us into our price range. Part of our agreement on the price had to do with the fact that there was no second key or owner's manual for the car we purchased, but a few weeks later Tom shipped us a new owner's manual and key.
