We shopped 4 other dealerships from Highlands Ranch and Littleton. Mark Land was fantastic, and they simply did what they said they would. All of the other dealerships gave me a run around. Not here. This will be my only Toyota dealer! More

Worst experience of my life I purchased a used SUV from them and after negotiating witht hem for a couple of days, i thought I paid the right price. A week later, they called me I purchased a used SUV from them and after negotiating witht hem for a couple of days, i thought I paid the right price. A week later, they called me saying that the car never went throught safety inspection before it left the lot and they asked me to bring it back to get it checked up. I told them I would bring it in the afternoon because I was on my way up the mountains but halfway through I had a bad feeling so I turned around. When I called to tell them I was going to bring it, they told me that they were too busy that day and asked me if I could bring it on Friday (this was on a Monday). I was not going to keep driving a car that hadnt gone through inspection for another week, so after battling with them, the agreed to check it out that day. 2 hours after I dropped it off, they called me to tell me the car was completely shot, way beyond repair and if I was interested in and older SUV. At first I was in shock because stuff liek this does not normally happen, specially when we signed a document saying that the car went through saftey inspection, but after giving it a little bit more thought, I began to grasp the seriousness of the situation. I called them to come pick me up so they can give me the money back and on the way there, I talked to the sales rep and told him that I thought it was unfair that I was going to be left carless for the next few days. After battling again with them, they agreed to give me a rental car, but only for 2 days. As we were getting the rental, they refused to pay for coverage, which was only $17 a day and their excuse was that they never do that. I told them that they were never supposed to sell a car without inspecting when you sign a document that it states it did, but they still did, and they still refused to pay for coverage. The fact that they refused to spend an extra $40 for all the inconvenience they made me go thru, shows me how little they about making things right. In the end, I decided to stop with this nightmare so I decided to pay for the coverage myself. As I was getting ready to go back to my house, I ask the sales rep for my money and he said that the sales manager had already gone home so he was going to personally deliver it the next day. This is the other very upsetting situation because the only reason I got picked up on the first place, was to get my money back, nothing else, the car rental was decided once we got to the dealer, so that raised a red flag, another lie. The next day, never received a call so I called them back and told them I was going to stop to get my check. The sales rep, Jesse Billings, said to me that he was going to give me my money back once I returned the rental. At first I was ok with it, but after giving it more thought I realized that he had told me something completely different the day before. After giving them a 3rd chance to make things right, they continued to lie to me, so I called him back and told him that this was not fair. His response was that If I wanted my money back, I needed to pay for the 2nd day of rental. Even though that was never what we agreed on, he still refused to give me my money back. I was so sick and tired of the lies and going back and forth that I did not want to wait another day for my money, so I decided to go ahead and pay for the rental. Once I got there, the manager came to me trying to apologize but I told him that I did not believe him, because If he really was sorry, he wouldn't be doing this to me, he wouldn't be holding my money when his sales rep said he would personally deliver it to me, and he wouldn't be making me pay for the 2nd day. His response was that I was never supposed to pay for the rental. I told him that his sales rep told me that and his reply was " I think he is kind of xxxxxxxx". Hearing those words coming from a Manager a a big dealership like them, shows me how untrustworthy and unprofessional they are. I did not want to spend another second there, so I just grabbed my checked, told them to not say anything and I left. This was the worst nightmare of my life. I gave them my trust and money and all they did was lie to me. The sales rep was Jesse Billings and the manager that called his own employee "xxxxxxxx" was John Pietro. Please dont make the same mistakes I made. More
Going Shopping! Black Friday did not take me to the mall, but to Stevenson Toyota. I wanted to trade in my Rav for a 2015 Rav. Otis Plant helped me and was so very kind and patient. You see "I am a shopper", wanting to know about all options, colors, pricing, and the mechanics of how each option works. Otis took the time to show and explain to me and answered all my questions, he was awesome. He setup my Bluetooth, told me how the blind spot indicators worked, setup my home navigation, and much more. Mike Doucet helped me in finance. He also explained to me about the pricing, options of coverages, that were available to me. He made the time go by so fast, with signing of the paperwork, and making me laugh. Best Black Friday ever! It was such a great and pleasant experience. Thank you Otis Plant, and Mike Doucet, I will be back ?? More

Great experience buying a 2015 4Runner from Jami Coleman This was the 1st Toyota we bought from Stevinson Toyota. I stopped in to the showroom while our other Toyota was being serviced and met Jami Coleman. This was the 1st Toyota we bought from Stevinson Toyota. I stopped in to the showroom while our other Toyota was being serviced and met Jami Coleman. He answered all of my questions regarding the different SUV's even though I told him that I was not going to buy for a couple of months. We came back a couple of months later to drive the different vehicles but not buy. Again, Jami was very patient with us and answered all of our questions, even going to the backlot to show us some different versions of the 4Runners. When we were ready to buy, everything was taken care of before we showed up and it only took us an hour or so to finalize all of the paperwork and drive off with the new car. I would absolutely recommend Jami Coleman. He is focused on customer service and treats his customers with respect, which is a welcome trait for a car salesman. Thanks, Craig More
