Just bought a new car from this dealer. I contacted several different dealers as well but this one stood out! I came by on Wednesday after getting a Costco price for an 2014 FJ Cruiser and met with Tim Graim. This was after waiting to hear from someone there for a day, since I did not, I had to make 2 calls to get an 2014 FJ Cruiser and met with Tim Graim. This was after waiting to hear from someone there for a day, since I did not, I had to make 2 calls to get someone to call me back. He seemed totally uninterested in the whole sales effort since I had a Costco price. He said the price would be $1,000 below their MSRP price. I agreed on the price and then had him look at my 2008 FJ Cruiser for a trade in. Kelly's listed it at around 20 to 21K. He offered 19K and when I asked why he said it was because there was some scotch tape on the dash board!!. I asked if he would reconsider and he said no, thanks for coming in and walked me out the door. I have never dealt with a salesman that showed so little interest in selling a car. We are also in the process of getting a new Prius and a new Subaru. You can bet we will not shop at Stevenson for any of these cars. More
