Great car buying experience! Would definitely recommend. Brian Ballard was my service consultant and made sure that I received all the proper care for the long term services on my new Camery LE Hybred. Reese Jones recommended a number of extras that would ensure that our back seat was protected from our service dog! I liked the way he took care of my needs in that department, and felt comfortable with Reese. Debra Avants-King and Marc Csentery were awesome in helping me get all the financing from a new company. Debra had a contact at Toyota (Jill) and helped me get all the bells and perks for this car! Marc Csentery helped with the inital work with my credit union, and that was quite time consuming, and he persisted in getting me what I requested. Mike Butterfield was overseeing everyone to make sure that all our needs were attended too! If I missed someone, please forgive ~ like the lady at the snack counter and the cashier who helped me get the $2,000 credit! More
My wife and I visited Stevinson Toyota West this past Saturday looking for a new Toyota 4Runner. We were met immediately by Tom Kimball, who asked if he could help us. We started by looking at a few 4R Saturday looking for a new Toyota 4Runner. We were met immediately by Tom Kimball, who asked if he could help us. We started by looking at a few 4Runners, and then I showed Tom the ones I was most interested in on a printout I had brought along listing Stevinson West's available stock. Unfortunately one had already been sold, which Tom was quickly able to determine for us, so we looked at one of the others. Tom did a great job answering nearly all of the questions we had on it, and he was able to get quick answers to the few questions he wasn't sure about. Rather than pressure us in any manner, he went out of his way to find out exactly what we were looking for and which features were most important to us. We took the 4Runner out for a test drive, and Tom was more than happy to let us put the vehicle through its paces. He made a great number of suggestions about trying out/testing different features, often successfully anticipating many of my questions, and more importantly bringing up important issues that I would have forgotten about. Once my wife and I had decided that we had found the vehicle that would work best for us, we went inside to talk numbers. Again there was really no pressure from Tom during what has, in the past for us, been a very difficult and tiresome process. We worked out a reasonable deal with Tom quite quickly, and were pleased with what he was able to do for us in terms of a discounted price. I felt that, in contrast to my experience with other dealers, we came very quickly to a fair price. Tom took us upstairs to work out financing details with Mikael Oliver. Our time spent with Mikael was very pleasant also. Even though we had to spend a good bit of time signing a large number of forms, most of them to "keep the lawyers happy," the fact that Mikael was so personable made the time go pretty quickly! He clearly presented to us the various warranty packages we could choose from, and as Tom had done with the 4Runner, helped us greatly in determining what the best fit for us was, without any sort of pressure. He let us know about other sorts of treatments we could have performed on the 4Runner, some of which we opted for and others not, but he was fine with our choices pro or con--again, no pressure one way or the other. When we finished with Mikael, Tom was there waiting for us, and, as he had throughout our visit, asked if we needed anything in the way of snacks or drinks. He told us that the vehicle was about ready, but since it was about lunch time, we asked if we could go out for lunch and come back a bit later and finish things up. He was more than accommodating as far as that request was concerned, and even gave us quick and precise directions to the local Panera, to which we walked for an enjoyable lunch. When we returned, Tom was immediately available to us, and rather than let me just take off in the new vehicle, he made sure that we carefully inspected it for any signs of damage. Then he went through all of the other details related to the 4Runner and its operation, which turned out to be very helpful. He went so far as to very patiently take me through the process of "pairing" my Iphone with the Bluetooth option of the 4Runner, so that I was able to use the hands-free calling features before even leaving the lot. Before my wife and I started dating some years ago, we had each coincidentally purchased our last vehicles from Stevinson West. We returned both because of the great selection of vehicles offered there, but also because of the positive experiences each of us had had there earlier. I think that it's safe to say we'll definitely be returning to Stevinson Toyota West when the time comes for another vehicle (probably to replace my wife's car in a few years). We will certainly be asking to work with Tom Kimball when we do! More

Everybody loves to get a new car but almost all dread the purchasing experience. I can truly say that my experience at Stevinson Toyota, my salesman Jeff Gomez and Debra in finance was outstanding from start purchasing experience. I can truly say that my experience at Stevinson Toyota, my salesman Jeff Gomez and Debra in finance was outstanding from start to finish. Jeff and I negotiated everything online so when I arrived he had both models ready for me to make my final choice. I was in and out in 90 minutes with the exact car, price and with an extremely happy wife at home as the new Highlander was for her. Thanks for a great experience! Sam was great. He let the vehicle sell the vehicle. He did not do any high pressure sales tactics. The sales process was a team effort, starting with Tom and then John, Joe and Garrett. It was wonderful how they all worked together and covered for each other when someone wasn't available. The only downside to the process was having to wait for Finance (a "ten-minute" wait turned into 30 before I finally got up to find out what was going on.) Debra was great and friendly and did her job well, but we didn't appreciate having to listen to a sales pitch for add-ons. She was gracious when we refused to even hear her talk about them. This is an awful time to attempt more sales; people want to get out of the dealership and into their new car. If you must try to sell these items, try it early on and then let it go. It turned an Excellent car buying experience into an Average car buying experience. More
