I was in search of a new Scion tC with certain specifications and in a specific color. After some online research, I was put into contact with Hugh Fitzpatrick at Stevinson Toyota West who confirm specifications and in a specific color. Hugh was very responsive, getting back to me with answers to my questions right away. By the time I entered the dealership for the first time, the process of buying my new car was already underway thanks to Hugh. He was aware of my very tight schedule and really helped to expedite the process and help me get a good deal on my trade-in. I am very happy with my new car, as well as Hugh's willingness to continue helping me with post-sale questions. I was confused about something in the contract paperwork and Hugh got right back to me to clarify things and ensure I was happy and fully understood everything. On a very, very rainy day, we got greeted by the door by James Edwards. James offered us hot tea and coffee to warm up. We started looking for a car. James was super nice, easy to talk to, understood where we’re coming from and was very friendly. He wasn’t fake, wasn’t pushy and wanted us to get a car we like. He was very professional and honest. After a while, we decided on a new Corolla. James told us he will hand us over the keys after we deal with financial office, and so he did. The car was sitting in a garage after it got detailed and it was awesome clean and beautiful. Once again James showed us features of the vehicle, paired my iPhone, explained how to make calls, etc. After handing over the keys and me signing delivery form, he shook my hand gave my sister a friendly hug, and thanked us. We left feeling like a part of great Stevinson West family. We give him 5 of 5, and will refer friends and family to him. Hope do do business again in the future. More

This was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process was amazingly efficient and smooth from beginning to end. I walked in the door and I was fortunate to be greeted by ever had. The entire process was amazingly efficient and smooth from beginning to end. He showed me several Toyota Highlanders and it was obvious how well versed he was on all the different features and options available. He listened to what I wanted in a car and didn't try to sell me options I didn't want. He knew how to use every feature on the car and even showed me how to use the apps on my smart phone that linked in with the cars Navigation and blue tooth features. The next day I brought my family in to look at the car and take it for a test drive. We hadn't planned on purchasing the car that day, but Tony gave us the best price we felt we could have gotten at any dealership and a fair trade-in for my Mazda. So we bought the Highlander that day. I worked with Steve Sertich in finance to complete the paperwork and can't believe how effortless the process was. Steve was also extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We left my new car there to get the Finishing Touch completed. I planned on picking up the car on Tuesday but couldn't make it in and Tony offered to come in on his day off to do my new car walk through. When I was able to make it in for the walk through, I never felt rushed. Tony was so thorough and covered all the important features from back to front. I am thrilled with my new car. And I left there feeling like I knew how to use all the wonderful features that came with it. I had one question later that day and called Tony. He picked up right away and immediately answered it.
