Tony Salazar is the real deal. If you want to be treated right at a fair price, you're done looking. I live 14 hrs from this dealership, but bought from them. I had a '97 RAV4 that was consuming excessive oil. After replacing seals, the oil consumption increased, and I contacted Ken Trauber, Service Manager. We determined that expensive repairs would be needed, and Ken worked through "Deck" Hughes to see what alternatives I had. "Deck" placed me in Jeff Gomez's capable hands, and I quickly decided on a used 2010 RAV4. Stevinson Toyota personnel bent over backwards to make sure I had a pleasant experience, agreeing on certain additions and exchanges, and more than adequate trade-in on my '97 RAV4. Besides a good feeling about this dealership, I also drove away in a much more refined and powerful vehicle. Lastly, I'd like to also single out Steve Serlich from the finance department - he made this transaction nearly painless - except, of course, for the writing cramps from all the signatures required. ;-) The service I received from this dealership was outstanding and that is why I rate it GREAT in all categories More

After having a bad experience at another dealership that morning, we headed for Stevenson Toyota for an appointment we had previously made with Hugh Fitzpatrick When I had talked to Hugh a few days earlier, morning, we headed for Stevenson Toyota for an appointment we had previously made with Hugh Fitzpatrick When I had talked to Hugh a few days earlier, I knew immediately that this was someone I wanted to deal with. I explained that we had always been a family of big cars and we were considering the Highlander or 4Runner, but I was concerned about their size not being a big as I would like. Instead of using a bunch of hyperbole to tell me how safe they are, he resorted to a strange thing.......FACTS. He looked up the length of the Highlander vs. 4Runner and gave me the exact dimensions so that I could make up my own mind. I knew then, at that moment, this was someone I wanted to deal with. Back to Saturday morning..........I had called Hugh a few hours earlier explaining that I would be a couple of hours late and he was very gracious and said he would try to help us if he wasn't with another customer and if he was busy he would hand us off to a friend. As luck would have, when we got there, Hugh was in the middle of writing up a deal, but he still spent time with us. After we explained what had happened at the previous dealership, we were in no mood for any lies or any type of salesmanship. Instead of being "put off" by us telling him that, he took it to heart and walked us over to his friend, Drew Anderson. Once again, we made it very clear that we were not in the mood for games. While most salesman would be condescending toward us, Hugh and Drew sincerely seemed to understand. For the next several hours, we test drove a couple of vehicles and decided on buying the 4Runner. We had a 2004 GMC Yukon for trade-in and we feel that we got a very fair value without any games. During this time, Hugh would continue to come and make sure that we were being well taken care of. Sitting down with Drew was like sitting down with a friend or neighbor. Knowing the situation we had just come from, Drew didn't play the normal sales games of going back and forth to the sales manager trying to get the "so called" best deal. He came back right away with their very best offer which we knew was an exceptional offer after doing more than 20 hours of research on the Internet of prices and reviews. Everything Drew did was in black and white and was easy to understand (which is very rare at a car dealership). As we were going up to finance, I explained to Drew some of the games that previous salesman have tried to play in selling you the moon when you are in the finance office. Drew went in ahead of us spoke with Mikael and let him know the bad experiences we have had in the past with other dealerships and that if any kind of upselling took place we would walk out. To top our experience off, Mikael was one of the kindest, most knowledgeable finance managers we have ever dealt with and offered an array of items we could purchases, i.e., extended warranty, etc., but did not pressure us in any way. To sum up this very long review, our experience at Stevenson Toyota West was the best car buying experience we have ever had in our 50+ years. We highly recommend them to anyone and we will be lifetime customers. Actually, our son will be needing a car in the next year and we will DEFINITELY be back. More
