I had a very helpful and informative chat with Dan who agreed to retrieve the Scion IQ in which I was interested and bring it to the dealership. When I arrived at Stevenson, I was greeted by two salespeople outside who notified both Dan and Mike Butterfield (who had also called me). Dan stayed with me all afternoon, answering or researching all of my questions. My friend and neighbor, Nancy McMahan, accompanied me that day and was equally impressed. By the time I was ready to speak with the folks in Finance, I felt comfortable in my choice of car and in my decision to continue in my long relationship with Stevenson West. The finance manager was also extremely competent, friendly, and eager to answer all of my questions. I have spoken with Dan a few times since the purchase about some optional details. He has always been very friendly and helpful. When he didn't have the answer immediately available, he promptly investigated and quickly called me back. I would be happy to work with Dan and the other Stevenson staff in the future and equally happily refer my friends to your dealership. Thank you for your great service! Gloria Gerkin More
I had a great experience with the Sales associate, Dan Conklin. He was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was easy to talk to, and I enjoyed that fact that although he knows exponentially more about cars, he never made me feel dumb or under educated. I truly value that and appreciate the way he explained things to me in an easy-to-understand manner. If I was rating Dan solely and not the dealership as a whole, I would give him 5 out of 5 stars. The only reason I rated Customer Service a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the extremely long wait in the financing department. We were told maybe 45 minutes, it was an hour and ten minutes before we were helped, making our car by journey a 5+ hour journey. Once in the Finance Manager's office, things went by pretty quickly and the Finance Manager was great as well. Although I do find it deceptive to offer an "8 year warranty" when really, it's only X amount of years from the date of service, not the date of purchase. So in my case, I bought a 2009, which means it's really only a 4 year warranty. Luckily I ask a lot of questions, so the Finance Manager cleared that up, but a more passive buyer may have been shocked when year 5 hit and they didn't have a warranty. I do love this dealership and have been a loyal customer for years (in the Service department). Because they have always been wonderful, I never even considered going to another dealership. More
UPDATE: 2 days later... I got a call from the service department asking me to schedule an appointment with the regional Toyota rep to see if there was something they could do. Turns out there was a known issue and Toyota is going to take care of me 100%. This would never have happened without the follow up and thoughtfulness of Stevinson Toyota West. Thank you very much! I'm a dedicated customer. BEFORE: I've purchased 3 new Toyotas from Stevinson Toyota West. 2 in the last 3 years. Platinum models with extended warrantees. The sales departments is great. The problem is when you have a defect and you expect the dealership to help. That's when they will completely ignore you and run far from their $63,000 products. They will place blame on YOU and say " We called extended warrantee and there is nothing we can do, call Toyota USA and complain." My bumper is melting from my exhaust pipe and they say I pushed it back myself. Toyota makes a fantastic car/truck but why won't the dealer support it? I only learned of these practices at Stevinson because this is the first issue I've ever had in 100,000's miles with Toyotas. I presumed it would be taken care of because the problem was SO obvious. More

Garret was simply amazing not only going and above, but also sharing his knowledge about the setup of the new Bluetooth.
