Sam has been very helpful assisting us with two purchases in the past three weeks. He saw to every detail, made us feel that our time was valuable, and there were no surprises. On May 21st I was in a bad car accident due to the other driver not feeling a red light applied to him. He totaled my 2000 Jeep Cherokee and sent me into the hospital. Not that a car accident is ever conveniently timed, however, I am a student who just bought her first house and I am supporting myself, so this was extremely inconvenient. My parents made a trip out to help take care of me during all of this mess. Besides taking care of the insurance they opted to co-sign on a new vehicle for me seeing how my credit could probably not take much more since I just became a home-owner. We spent all Saturday looking at cars. We started on Federal and worked our way up to 104th and over to 1-25. None of these dealerships had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. We decided to head down to Colfax and look there instead. We drove through just about all the dealerships and ended at Stevinson Toyota West. The perfect SUV I wanted was sitting right there in the corner of the lot and I knew I had to have it that night. The only problem was it was already going on 8:30pm and the dealership closed at 9:00pm. Nonetheless, we walked inside just to ask about the Jeep. The first sales rep that we saw was Hugh Fitzpatrick. He was very jolly and took care of us right away. Before I knew it, I was falling in love with the Jeep as he let me take it for a quick test drive. My father, who typically makes all the final decisions, liked it too. Even though the time was getting later, that did not seem to bother Hugh. He had a smile on his face even when we left at 11pm that night holding the keys to my new ride. He truly helped my first accident experience go smoothly. Hugh not only helped me get into a new vehicle, but rather a newer and safer Jeep than my last one, and one that had very affordable car payments. I will definitely be referring others his way and look forward to doing business at the dealership in the future. Thank you for everything, Hugh and Stevinson West Toyota. More

Hugh was fantastic. He wasn't pushy like a lot of car salesmen we ran into at other dealerships. He simply showed us the vehicles we wanted to see. After looking at many cars, my wife and I decided to purchase our new Prius-C from Stevinson due to the initial fist impression presented by Mark Land, that of extreme courtesy and professionalism, and purchase our new Prius-C from Stevinson due to the initial fist impression presented by Mark Land, that of extreme courtesy and professionalism, and absolutely no pressure. When we did return to begin the paperwork on the car, we were met with the same degree of courtesy and professionalism as before. This was not only true of Mark Land, but also of Marc Csentery, one of the financial professionals who had just moved from Reno, Nevada. When we had questions, Marc used different examples and was able to provide the answer in non-financial terms, and continued to explain until he was satisfied that we completely understood. Both Mark and Marc made the purchase of our car something which isn't often found these days at a car dealer, a very pleasant experience. More
