This was the worst experience I had ever had with any dealership, and I have purchased a fair amount of cars in my life. I was promised by several salesman that had showed me the car I purchased that th dealership, and I have purchased a fair amount of cars in my life. I was promised by several salesman that had showed me the car I purchased that there were several keys for this car. I found out after I had purchased it, when I was getting into the car to drive home that there was only one key, not three that were promised. When I called about it, I was told if I wanted a spare I could purchase one. It took several calls to three different managers before this issue was resolved, and I only got one spare key after all that. Also I had found out later on that I never got a radio antennae on my car, which I believe, is standard issue. I looked into it, and it would cost $60 for me to pay for something I should've gotten in the first place. Also, my taxes were screwed up. I had mentioned several times the actual county I live in, and it was still sent to the wrong county, which resulted in me owing Stevinson even more money for taxes. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, and I will make sure I never purchase a car here ever again, nor will I let friends and family ever purchase a car here. I have never had this many issues with any other dealership. More

Buying this car was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealer. Mo was instrumental in me buying this car. It was a no pressure experience. Mo listened to me and worked with me. I came to the dealership to only test drive a Camry XLE. The night before my son and I built the car I wanted online. When we showed up the test drive a Camry there was the exact car we built the night before on the internet. 4 hours later I drove my new baby home. I've never been so excited about a car before in my life. This dealership is top of the line in every aspect of the car buying and servicing. This is my dealership and I will tell as many people as I can about my experience there and that Toyota is the BEST! I will never own anything other than a Toyota. Mo and Tyler was so nice and helpful and I just love love love them. Chris in finanace was SUPER! He was wonderful to explain and advise on everything about the financing of the car as well as packages to add on like the GAP and Extended Warranty. He is personality plus! Love love love him. On the day I had set up to make my purchase Mr. Nesvara was very helpful in getting me through the paperwork and into the car! More
We decided to take a week to do our internet homework and visit various Nissan and Toyota dealerships. Our first and last stop was Stevenson Toyota. We met Sam Kozlowicz---better known as Sam K---there. He took for a Corolla Test drive. After the drive, I knew that I liked that specific Corolla because it had everything I wanted. A sunroof, alloy wheels, the color and it even came with a navigating system. Sam told me more about that Toyota Corolla than I knew from the homework my husband and I did---and by the way, I drive a Corolla---Thank you Sam!!! We went home to think about it and my husband and I talked. I didn't realize that he (husband) really wanted a car that had a little more leg room-a little more get up and go. My mind was set on getting that Corolla but decided to go ahead and test drive the Camry. Why not, it would be my decision, nothing to loose. It was Friday, May 31st, the end of the month---(and I have heard about end of the month sales, about reaching goals). We drove the Camry and my now my husband was sold!!--- I could still picture me sitting in "that" or as I was now calling it "my Corolla" but NO PRESSURE from Sam to make up our minds. We went home telling him tommorw he would have our decision. We decided the bigger car was the better way to go. (husband won this one) We went in at Sat. June 1st at 8:30 in the morning, got us our cup of coffee, sat down and made the deal. (Steve Sertich closed the deal with the financial part---he by the way was great too.) The whole process was very painless. By 11:30 we were out the door with our new Camry----and I look just as good in that one, my husband says :-). Over the weekend we drove into the mountains. Went up Hiway 285, ended up in Frisco (did Hoosier Pass) and back down on I-70 and we can't be more pleased. It was a smooth ride, husband has enough leg room, it passes cars with no trouble----up hill---and great gas milage (36 m/g). I look as good in the driver's seat as being a passenger. THANK YOU SAM for being so friendly, presentable, courteous, knowledgable and for NOT pressuring us. We are very happy with our CAMRY and will definately recommend both you and the Stevenson Toyota. More

My wife called internet sales and Dan Conklin answered the phone and he was very knowledgeable and helpful about the 07 Subaru Forester she was calling about and informed her that it was in the shop getti the phone and he was very knowledgeable and helpful about the 07 Subaru Forester she was calling about and informed her that it was in the shop getting repaired. I called Dan the next day and we met and went on a test drive. He made the drive and conversation very pleasant. When we returned he informed us what we need to do and what Stevenson was going to do to make the car purchase happen. He was very clear and concise about what he said and what was going to happen. We agreed to buy the car and he lead us up to financing and waited with us until Steve was ready for us. After we were done Dan told us he would call us back when the car was finished in the detail shop, he did and it was beautiful. Dan is one of the nicest people I've ever met and Stevenson should consider themselves very fortunate he is on the team. Sincerely, Pat Doherty More
My daughter had purchased a Toyota Venza in West Palm Beach almost a year ago. She love it and thought when I needed a car that this might be a option for me. I visited many dealerships here in Lakewood/Wheat Ridge/ and Golden. I wanted one close so that I could obtain the service and wanted a place with a great customer service record. The commercials on TV really have caught my attention over the years and I was employed at the Colorado Mills when it opened and we had Stevinson cars parked out side our store. I drove out and was met by Sam Kozlowicz. I told him what I was looking for and he was attentive and showed me what he had available. He was kind, patient and not at all pushy. The Certified Venza that he had on the lot had the things I was looking for but I questioned the 2009 age of the car. He assured me that this was an excellent car with low milage. I talked to my husband and after visiting other dealerships in the area we went to see the car again. There were some minor details that we wanted taken care of and they honored our requests. He was also impressed with Sam, the car and of course Mike. The offer was made and accepted. The only part of the transaction that was not satisfactory was when offered the security and extended warrenty, I was not impressed with the gentleman that I worked with. I declined at the time and wanted to think about it and would give them an answer before I picked up the car. He did not shake my hand and thank me for purchasing the car from Stevinson. I had spent a good amount of money that day. I have founds that no matter how much a person spends they know their finances and what they can afford and the dealership should have been more gracious. Sam, when I told him about this apologied for that part of the transaction. Over all it was an excellent experience and I know I made the right choice. Thank you More
I recently just visited Stevinson Toyota West to look at some new Tundras and had such a great experience I ended up purchasing one! The moment I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by Kendall. She was some new Tundras and had such a great experience I ended up purchasing one! The moment I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by Kendall. She was great though out the whole process of looking at trucks to the test drive to signing the final papers. She made the whole process easy and exciting! She was very helpful and would answer any questions I had about the truck. She was very nice and made the process very painless and was very through explaining every single step. I would highly recommend Stevinson Toyota West as the only dealership to visit and if you do be sure to ask for Kendall you wont be let down. More
I have friends who had gone to "GO" and had a regretable experience. Since moving to Colorado in 2006, I've had my Prius serviced with Stevinson West with professionalism and quality. I did not know until now just how great an experience in purchasing an auto would be, on my own. The salesman (T.Kimball) worked diligently to get me the best deal possible on the "right-vehicle-for-me" and was a delight to work with. I actually did not approach the dealership to purchase, but to ask questions about trading in my Prius on an SUV, and Tom showed me how it would work out financially for me. Tom, John G (sales manager) and Stevinson West Toyota get my highest praise, and I'll recommend them to my friends and family. Unfortunately, your poll does not offer a higher rating than "Great" ... I would have rated my experience as "Excellent." More
