I live in the mountains (Alma, CO), so it's not convenient to drive down to Denver and go car searching. I called Stevinson and was put in touch with Dan Conklin. I gave him the VIN # of my 2007 Tu convenient to drive down to Denver and go car searching. I called Stevinson and was put in touch with Dan Conklin. I gave him the VIN # of my 2007 Tundra and he quoted me a trade-in price (sight unseen) in order to calculate how much I'd have to cover for a new vehicle. I was skeptical that that price would hold, since the 2007 was a work truck that got used (borderline "A"bused). Once I found time to visit the dealership, not only did Dan keep his quoted trade-in price, he steered me to a cheaper used truck saving me thousands of dollars with no pressure. Thanks Dan! More

Unlike a certain one of your competitors, I never felt any high-pressure sales tactics or bombarded with baloney. Even when we were exploring the possible "creative" methods of getting me into a car through financing, I did not feel any pressure from you. You paid attention to detail and did your best to meet my needs. I felt respected and that I was treated like a VIP even though I had very little money to spend. Dan Conklin was easy to work with and great at helping me find the exact car that I wanted. When I first stopped in the dealership, they didn't have a car that fit my criteria...but Dan made sure to let me find the exact car that I wanted. My husband and I went in to look at purchasing a vehicle and when we finally made the decision to buy, the dealership was closing. We did become frustrated when we had to wait 45 minutes for a financing manager, but it was totally worth it! More
I stopped by to look at a pick up truck that was in the inventory on the website. I had been emailing several dealerships about certain trucks and Garrett was always prompt to answer any questions that I inventory on the website. I really hadn't planned to buy one that day... sure in the next couple of weeks or so...but Garrett was low key, very knowledgable and nice. The price negotiation was quick and fair and he explained all the steps and estimated the time it would take to complete all the paperwork. As soon as I agreed, he set the wheels in motion and the paperwork meeting took the amount of time estimated and the truck was waiting all clean and ready for me to drive off. He demo'd the bluetooth, discussed the 4WD and other modes available and when to use them, showed how to lower the spare tire and many other things. Thanks for making this purchase so enjoyable! More

Hugh was much more than just helpful; everything he did won us over. The way he guided us through the process and the way he took care of preparing our vehicle for pickup was more than we could have expec won us over.
