My car buying experience at Stevinson Toyota West was better than I ever could have hoped for. My last car buying experience was a nightmare and I was very nervous about the whole idea of purchasing a ne better than I ever could have hoped for. I went in knowing the type of car I wanted and found it online at Stevinson Toyota West. I sent a pre-qualification request and asked about the Scion xB I found on the website. I received a call the next day from Hugh Fitzpatrick. Right of that bat I could tell he was a nice guy and not the pushy salesmen I had imagined. He gave me some great tips; I went in that evening to test drive the car and immediately fell in love. Hugh was very kind and helpful through the whole process. I had to bring my young girls with me and he was very kind to them as well. I ended up purchasing the car that evening! I also had the pleasure of working with Kendall Janak to close my deal. She was also a pleasure and was very thorough in explaining my financing options and add-ons. Never pushy and very kind to my daughters as well.
