The reason I gave Stevenson Toyota a good review is because of Debra King and Tony Salazar. He was a good listener, didn't talk to much, and answered all of my questions honestly. I will be happy to send him referrals and stay in touch with him as well. Debra was also fantastic! She was very empathetic with my credit history and gave me an honest explanation on how/why I need to do specific things with my finances. Her consultive approach was very refreshing compared to other financial officers I have dealt with.During my time at Stevenson I felt comfortable always and left with a vehicle I actually wanted. Hugh was friendly and accommodating from the start. I appreciated his "no pressure, let's get you the right vehicle" attitude; it was refreshing. I found I became the expert on what was offered on each model rather than the dealership staff. I also find it somewhat frustrating that there were relatively few options/packages available at the dealership for the 4runners. Overall the experience was quite wonderful. Hugh was fantastic, Debbie in finance was exceptionally friendly, and the manager John made me feel well cared for. More

My experience purchasing a new 4Runner from Stevinson Toyota was a very positive one. Garrett Condra was very knowledgable on the vehicle and took the time to walk me through each of the vehicle's featu Toyota was a very positive one. He even insisted that I try out the vehicle's 4x4 and directed me to a course at the dealership where we tested the offroad capability! At no point during the test drive/visit did I feel pressured to purchase the vehicle and following my visit Garrett was available to answer my questions yet did not bug with multiple follow up calls like most dealerships. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, Garret was very courteous and respectful and waited until late Friday when I was off work to walk me through the buying process. Even once the dealership closed on Friday night and after I finished the paperwork, Garrett took the time to connect my phone to the vehicle's bluetooth reciever and answered all of my questions. Overall a very positiv e experience and I would highly recommend working with Garrett Condra. More
