I stopped by to look at a pick up truck that was in the inventory on the website. I had been emailing several dealerships about certain trucks and Garrett was always prompt to answer any questions that I inventory on the website. I really hadn't planned to buy one that day... sure in the next couple of weeks or so...but Garrett was low key, very knowledgable and nice. The price negotiation was quick and fair and he explained all the steps and estimated the time it would take to complete all the paperwork. As soon as I agreed, he set the wheels in motion and the paperwork meeting took the amount of time estimated and the truck was waiting all clean and ready for me to drive off. He demo'd the bluetooth, discussed the 4WD and other modes available and when to use them, showed how to lower the spare tire and many other things. Thanks for making this purchase so enjoyable!
