No gimmicks or bait tactics were ever employed. And if he didn't know the answer to one of my questions, he immediately researched it and shared it with me. I was naturally drawn to his style and his desire to help me buy this vehicle. By the end of our interactions I was driving off the lot, with a grin reaching ear to ear, in my new car. Great experience. My daughter was in an accident resulting in her being injured and her car being destroyed. Working with Tom was a very favorable experience, in spite of my husbands little anxiety attack. I had the worst service EVER! Not customer friendly, my service guy was a total jerk and wasn't helpful at all. Watching everybody get the service they deserved in and out.
