The experience with the salesperson was very good. We initially went in to look at a new Highlander Limited. The dealer was not going to offer enough in trade for our 2011 Sienna to make it worth our whi initially went in to look at a new Highlander Limited. The dealer was not going to offer enough in trade for our 2011 Sienna to make it worth our while and the Highlander is not as nice a vehicle for us as the Sienna. Needing a 4 wheel drive vehicle having recently moved to the mountains from the east coast we then looked at and selected a used Toyota Tacoma. The less satisfactory part of the experience came in that the sticker price on the used truck which was new to the dealership was $18,988 we offered and were agreed to $ 17,500 only to find out later that the truck was listed on the dealer website for $16,991. This price was met, but if the true asking price had been on the window we would have bargained from that point not $18,988. I feel that this was deceptive. I do not feel that the salesperson knew. It was deceptive on the part of Stevinson in general. I would recommend this dealership, but tell people to practice due diligence. More
Everything went well, I picked up the car sooner then I thought. I was not prepared for such fast service. I am happy with what I got. Kendall is a close friend and did a great job helping me and my dad pick out and purchase my new Prius C. To the best of her abilities she helped get us a good deal on a brand new car (which I have never o and my dad pick out and purchase my new Prius C. I do know my dad wanted a slightly lower price on the car- but I thought the 0% financing and a gas card were a good deal. Mike in financing was also great and explained everything to me and was patient with my different questions. Good experience for me. More
When I went to Stevinson's I was thinking about purchasing a new car, but was not sure if I wanted to buy that day. Otis asked me several questions and had me test drive the Avalon. I told him I did not want the color of the test drive car. He took me to see another car same style and same model, but a different color. I loved the color, but when he researched it he found it was one of the cars under recall. He explained to me about the recall and how soon the car could be delivered. I really did not want to wait the length of time that it would of taken for delivery. He knew I really liked everything that was on that car. He showed me other colors and when I picked the new color, he said that car did not have the same options. So I told him I wanted all the options, he took the time to look through the inventory and found the car I wanted!! I ended up buying and taking the car that day! I would recommend not only Stevinson's to anyone but also Otis. More

We have two dependable vehicles which should last us a long time. James Edwards treated us with respect and did his best to make an excruciating experience (for me) tolerable considering the amount of time it takes to buy, trade, finance, etc. We will be coming back to Stevinson for maintenance and upkeep on our vehicles. I believe we have established a good working relationship with this dealership. More
I was waiting for an oil change and approached James Edwards to inquire about a used vehicle I could use to haul my sailboat. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted a reliable vehicle which w Edwards to inquire about a used vehicle I could use to haul my sailboat. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted a reliable vehicle which would not be my primary vehicle. He showed me a 2002 Toyota Tundra that had nearly 156,000 miles, but looked practically brand new. He recommended a second opinion on the vehicle to be comfortable with the purchase. I hired a vehicle evaluator who gave me a detailed report, and found the vehicle to be fundamentally sound. James worked with John Petro to correct all the issues reported and went far out of their way to make the vehicle perfect. James and Rick Kitzmiller were very open and receptive in negotiating a fair price for the vehicle and giving a fair value for my trade-in. I have to say that the personnel were very helpful and friendly and sincere in their desire to make sure all my questions were answered and all issues with the vehicle addressed to my satisfaction. I would, and already have, referred friends to Stevinson Toyota West based on my positive experience in purchasing my vehicle. I since purchased a second vehicle with my wife and had a similarly good experience. More

Mark was my a-typical sales experience because he spent the first 15 minutes listening rather than selling and was attentive, responsive as well as very knowledgeable of a vehicle that was not a Toyota. Tony Salazar is an outstanding salesman- very knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy at all. He helped us buy a vehicle 8 months ago.
