How should I start.. it started the day we bought our "Not one car but two on the same day". 1.) Finance, yes it was late but the finance guy (poor customer service) put my husbands car as mine and my "Not one car but two on the same day". 1.) Finance, yes it was late but the finance guy (poor customer service) put my husbands car as mine and my RAV4 as my husbands and the finance guy said oh it's no biggy (Maybe to him) "I wasn't impressed with his comment." 2.) Service department men that washed my husbands car, was buffing his car out and buffed all the way to the primer "Yes they said oops sorry:" No worries we can paint it... Yes they painted it but the fix is so noticeable... no worries on your end though you didn't purchase the car. Hopefully who ever the unexperienced car washer was got canned. 3.) Took my RAV4 in to have the side moldings put on and one is higher then the other one... we get ooops sorry... once again no big deal on your end because it's not anything you've to live with. 4.) Service department: We took our cars in for its 10,000 mile check up and we leave go straight home to park my husbands car (We live minutes away from this dealership). Next day my husband noticed a noise in the back of his car and it running sluggish. He takes off of work and goes in.. they came back with a stone inside of the hubcab... OMG! Any exscuse possible. My husband is a fantastic machanic but since our cars are under warranty he doesn't want to do the work. 5.) Two weeks later on his way to work on 4/16/13 my husbands is driving to work and all of a sudden two warning lights come on and his car became sluggish again.. "His car isn't even a year old" He calls but goes to the one over on Arapahoe the go car dealership. Once again it's his time from work... They advised him it would be $406.00 to fix it because the Toyota dealership in Lakewood filled his car up with two extra quarts of oil. They didn't give him a car to drivie home in because it was to late for them to deal with 4/17/13. I drove from Lakewood all the way to Arapahoe Road to pick my husband up from his work and it was icy and snowing like crazy... no worries it was only my husbands time, our gas, and our frustrations. My husbands father had to take him into work this morning 4/18/13 he came from Evergreen all the way to Arapahoe Road... no worries though it's only our money and our time and now his fathers. Now when he went to pick up his car 4/18/13 they now tell him it's on our end and that a roddent ate through his car wires and that it was only a 1/2 quart extra of oil that was put in. This experience has now cost us our time, our gas money, our frustrations, and $263.00 dollars. DON'T BUY THE WARRANTY FIND A FRIEND OR A REAL MACHANIC TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICALE!!!!!!!! DON'T DRIVE INTO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WE'VE BEEN TREATED POORLY AND THEY'VE NOT STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE ON ANYTHING... IT'S ALWAYS THE COUSTOMERS FAULT AND THEY WILL STICK YOU WITH THE BILL! We always get the word "Sorry" or "Oops".. I can't wait to write BBB..go on Facebook and twitter, and yelp... More
I was in dire straights as my car had died and I had it towed to this dealership to see if it was repairable or a total loss. When I arrived in the morning they had already looked at my vehicle and found towed to this dealership to see if it was repairable or a total loss. When I arrived in the morning they had already looked at my vehicle and found the engine frozen as I suspected and told me that the repair cost would be $5,000-6,000 for a new engine or would I prefer to buy a new vehicle. Since my Sienna had 223,000 miles I opted for a new vehicle. Stan was very frendly and helpful and I did not feel taken advantage of. We looked at a few different options and I went with a new Toyota Sienna. Chris in the loan department did an excellent job of explaining what other options I had to add more features and coverage to my vehicle. Since I had to have a minor repair before I took the vehicle I interrupted their normal procedures and they forgot to fill my tank with gas. When I called from Colorado Springs Stan said send me your receipt and we will pay for that tank of gas, and they did. I was pleased with the service and friendliness of everyone I encountered. More
Went to go find a tundra to buy for my paint store and found the experience very good. Had the tundra I wanted at the price I wanted and was out of there with my new truck in under three hours. Denny Galluzzo, John Gentry, and Chris Keppel were very friendly and very knowledgeable through the steps of buying a new vehicle and handling our trade in. Our experience started with E mail, then meeti friendly and very knowledgeable through the steps of buying a new vehicle and handling our trade in. I contacted Stevinson through the internet looking for a specific Tacoma pick-up. Almost immediately, Garrett got back to me and told me he had what I was looking for. That started what has been the best specific Tacoma pick-up. Almost immediately, Garrett got back to me and told me he had what I was looking for. That started what has been the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had. Garret was very responsive, professional and never pushy. He did everything he said he would do and was a pleasure to work with. I will purchase my new vehicles from Stevinson in the future because of Garrett's professionalism. Keep this young man at your dealership! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Michael Marcus and Heatheryn Higgins More
It was a very pleasant experience. Garrett was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also didn't feel pressured to buy and their initial offer was very reasonable. helpful and knowledgeable. I also didn't feel pressured to buy and their initial offer was very reasonable. More
