Unlike other dealerships he did not email me every day. He took the info I provided and let me know what they had in stock and offered his assistance if I needed it. We then went into the dealership and Kendal Janak greeted us warmly, took us for a test drive and then helped us find the exact Sienna we were looking for, even though it wasn't on their lot. John Gentry was very kind during the negotiation process and we came up with a price we all felt comfortable with. Then we worked with Debra Avents-King during the financing process and she was extremely helpful in helping us assess all of our options and which was best for us. Overall it was a painless experience and we will surly be going back to Stevenson to purchase our next vehicle. More

As a first-time car buyer in Colorado, though, I have to express my disappointment with the $499 handling fee that was revealed only during my meeting with the finance manager. Whether or not this is a standard industry practice in this state, as was expressed to me during the finance meeting, it compromised my otherwise exemplary experience with Stevinson Toyota. The dealer handling fee is comparable to the resort fees imposed in recent years by hotels in Las Vegas - an indefensible cash grab. More
