Mark was at the dealership on time for the appointment, had the vehicle washed and ready to drive. Just bought a new car from this dealer. I contacted several different dealers as well but this one stood out! Kendall was sales agent for me and she not only communicated professionally and timely, bu several different dealers as well but this one stood out! He was honest and straight forward (hard to come by in the auto sales industry these days) and he didn't try to rip us off. We appreciated Hugh taking time to answer our questions, accompany us for a test drive of the vehicle, and to explain everything clearly to us. Mr. Coleman was pleasant, helpful, and very informative in his response to my questions about the 2014 4Runner. He covered all the necessary bases, communicated clearly, and expedited the preparation of the 4Runner so I could trade in my much beloved Sequoia and pick up the 4Runner the following day.
