The experience I had with Tom and Denny was very relaxed and non intimidating. They approached the sale with a serious but non threatening attitude. We recently bought a new Toyota Prius from Stevinson Toyota West. This was our first purchase of a new car, and our experience at Stevinson was great. Tim Petro worked with us over the phone, and then Chris Koppers was an excellent salesmen at the dealership and helped us to get a price we were happy with. We had some concerns regarding whether the Prius was the right car for us, since we live in the mountains. They gave us all the information we needed, and let us test-drive the car enough to make sure it worked for us. We've had the car for a few weeks now, including driving in the mountains in a blizzard, and it has performed perfectly. We actually get better gas mileage than we had expected with our mountain driving (48-53 mpg on winding mountain roads). We previously bought a used RAV-4 from Stevinson East, with a similarly good experience. I strongly recommend both Toyota cars and the Stevinson dealerships. It will be a long time before we need another new car, but Stevinson Toyota will be the first place we go to when that time comes. More
