We rated customer service as Good instead of Great because the experience started out oddly for a dealership. We wandered the lot and in the lobby looking at vehicles. In the lobby, there was a bustle because the experience started out oddly for a dealership. We wandered the lot and in the lobby looking at vehicles. In the lobby, there was a bustle of activity and employees walked by us, but no one approached or talked to us. It was not clear who the salespeople were, so we had to go up to the raised desk and asked for assistance. While it's good to not be badgered, we felt ignored. However, once Tony introduced himself, we were treated well and got a great price and service. Tony, who showed us the vehicle, and Mikael, who went through the financials with us, were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. More

I came by on Wednesday after getting a Costco price for an 2014 FJ Cruiser and met with Tim Graim. This was after waiting to hear from someone there for a day, since I did not, I had to make 2 calls to get an 2014 FJ Cruiser and met with Tim Graim. He seemed totally uninterested in the whole sales effort since I had a Costco price. He said the price would be $1,000 below their MSRP price. I agreed on the price and then had him look at my 2008 FJ Cruiser for a trade in. Kelly's listed it at around 20 to 21K. He offered 19K and when I asked why he said it was because there was some scotch tape on the dash board!!. I asked if he would reconsider and he said no, thanks for coming in and walked me out the door. I have never dealt with a salesman that showed so little interest in selling a car. We are also in the process of getting a new Prius and a new Subaru. You can bet we will not shop at Stevenson for any of these cars. More

When we came to Stevinson Toyota West, had put 14 years on my current car and it was time to get a new one. I was not looking foward to car shopping, but was plesantly surprised to see that the new car sal on my current car and it was time to get a new one. I was not looking foward to car shopping, but was plesantly surprised to see that the new car sales industry had changed. The high pressure sales technique was gone and the whole process had become more streamlined to make it easier and less tiresome. Kendall Janek was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. She put up with my indecisive issues and was always available for any questions I had. She made sure I understood all of the aspects of the RAV 4 and what Toyota had to offer. She also talked me thru the differences of buying vs leasing and the benefits of both. She was very flexible on scheduling of test drives and even an extended test drive. Kendall was very knowledgable about the RAV 4 and was able to answer all of our odd questions, as well as compare to the other vehicles we were looking at without "bad mouthing" the competition. The financial aspect of leasing a car was much quicker than I remember and also less stressful. At the same time we were working with Kendall we had contacted the Costco Car Sales division and were directed to work with Heath McNally. Both Kendall and Heath were very understanding and appreciative of us trying to get the best deal on the car. They worked together to finish off the final paperwork, and it was greatly appreciated. I look forward to working with Stevinson Toyota during the next 3 years of my lease. I new building is very nice and the little touches and amenities they offer will make car service visits more pleasant. More
