I was greeted immediately, and Hugh was right there to ask what my needs were. We had a seat at his desk and went over the vehicles that I wanted to look at. Hugh negotiated the price for me in a very timely fashion, being respectful of my time also. We set up the test drive for the next morning and everything was ready for me. Hugh then took me up to Deb King's office and she very efficiently had everything ready for me to sign. She also gave me the option to finance part of the purchase so that I could rebuild my credit. In my opinion, that was above and beyond what was required. I felt the personal touch during the whole car buying experience, and I would recommend the Stevinson Toyota West team to anyone. More

My husband and I just went to look for a vehicle and we ended up finding one we wanted. Before the deal was closed we realized that the vehicle wasn't AWD, so we backed out. Working with Otis was wonderful! He was very personable and an extremely hard worker. He really wanted to help us get the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. This is a nice dealership to do business with. The showroom is top notch and the selection of vehicles is very good. The whole staff was very easy to work with to include the negotiator and the finan showroom is top notch and the selection of vehicles is very good. Our experience in purchasing our new Toyota at Stevinson Toyota West was nothing short of exceptional. Our Sales Consultant, Otis Plant, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable throughout the entir Toyota West was nothing short of exceptional. Our Sales Consultant, Otis Plant, went out of his way to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We had done quite a bit of research on the automobile we were looking to aquire and Otis allowed us to ask questions and provided knowledgeable information around those inquiries. Additionally, without being pushy, he pointed out features and provided important additional information of which we were unaware but were beneficial in our final decision making process. Otis' manner was completely opposite that of the 'typical care salesman' and we felt that he genuinely had our best interests as customers as his top priority. Once we came to an agreement to purchase the car, Otis stayed with us until the Finance Consultant was able to meet with us. He could have left us in a waiting area to go out and try to obtain the next sale, but he did not. And once the financing portion of our experience was complete he met us out front with the truck and helped us to integrate our phones and made sure that it was detailed properly and that we had all of our supplemental information. Otis was fantastic. We will recommend to people that we know are in the market for a Toyota or a Scion to go see him. Our financing experience was just as good. Deb Avants-King was extremely pleasant and after about 5 minutes with her we felt as if we had been friends for years. She worked very hard on getting us the best financing rate possible - and she did just that. Her explanations of the benefits of the additional services that were available were knowledgeable and again, not pushy, and we ended up getting the extended warranty and the alarm system for the truck. She was efficient and explained everything that we signed thouroughly. Deb was amazing and only made the experience that we had selecting and agreeing to buy the car that much better. Finally, I want to recognize the Service Staff that prepped and gassed our truck. I am sure that these folks never get the credit they deserve. And they definitely deserved it on that day. They were backed up with new sales waiting to be serviced and they did a phenominal job with the detailing and prepping of the car. I wish that I knew their names to recognize them personally. Unfortunatley, the guys doing all the hard work behind the scenes always remain anonymous. Kudos to the Service Staff working that day - great job. I will now bring this rant to a close. He is very easy to work with, very honest, and truly cares about getting the best product and deal for you and your family. Tony responded quickly to the initial e-mail about our interest in a Rav4. We looked at a Honda-CRV and test drove it before heading over to Stevinson. Tony took the time to print out the various scenarios (for down payment amounts), so we knew what we would be paying. We had to wait a little while to sign the paperwork, and Tony checked in with us frequently. When we were done after 10 p.m., Tony was still there and showed us how to use the Bluetooth and also put the temporary tag in the car. We never felt pressured, which was extremely nice.
