The sales process was a team effort, starting with Tom and then John, Joe and Garrett. It was wonderful how they all worked together and covered for each other when someone wasn't available. The only downside to the process was having to wait for Finance (a "ten-minute" wait turned into 30 before I finally got up to find out what was going on.) Debra was great and friendly and did her job well, but we didn't appreciate having to listen to a sales pitch for add-ons. She was gracious when we refused to even hear her talk about them. This is an awful time to attempt more sales; people want to get out of the dealership and into their new car. If you must try to sell these items, try it early on and then let it go. It turned an Excellent car buying experience into an Average car buying experience. More

On a very, very rainy day, we got greeted by the door by James Edwards. James offered us hot tea and coffee to warm up. We started looking for a car. James was super nice, easy to talk to, understood where we’re coming from and was very friendly. He wasn’t fake, wasn’t pushy and wanted us to get a car we like. He was very professional and honest. After a while, we decided on a new Corolla. James told us he will hand us over the keys after we deal with financial office, and so he did. The car was sitting in a garage after it got detailed and it was awesome clean and beautiful. Once again James showed us features of the vehicle, paired my iPhone, explained how to make calls, etc. After handing over the keys and me signing delivery form, he shook my hand gave my sister a friendly hug, and thanked us. We left feeling like a part of great Stevinson West family. We give him 5 of 5, and will refer friends and family to him. Hope do do business again in the future. More

I was in search of a new Scion tC with certain specifications and in a specific color. After some online research, I was put into contact with Hugh Fitzpatrick at Stevinson Toyota West who confirm specifications and in a specific color. Hugh was very responsive, getting back to me with answers to my questions right away. By the time I entered the dealership for the first time, the process of buying my new car was already underway thanks to Hugh. He was aware of my very tight schedule and really helped to expedite the process and help me get a good deal on my trade-in. I am very happy with my new car, as well as Hugh's willingness to continue helping me with post-sale questions. I was confused about something in the contract paperwork and Hugh got right back to me to clarify things and ensure I was happy and fully understood everything. I also worked with Deb in finance and she was very personable and easy to talk to and explained things quickly and clearly. All in all my experience at Stevinson Toyota West was a great one! The facility is pretty impressive as well - very open and spacious with lots of free snacks and drinks while you wait! More
