Buying a car was a tough decision for my family because we live in Chicago and we don't know the city very well. I looked online and Stevinson showed up as a Toyota company. I spoke to Klaus and he was very helpful with directions to the store and also a quick summary of the vehicles they had that will fit our budget. I like the way he works because he did not pressure us to buy the first car we saw. He spent a lot of time showing us different cars and I was thinking he would get upset at us because we did not know that we wanted and decided to take a break. We sat down with him and reviewed the cars we had looked at and bought a car that night. We loved his help and we will surely buy from him again. Thank you Toyota for such amazing people. More

Right when my boyfriend and I hit the lot in search of used car for myself, Klaus was right by our side. Also, when something went wrong with my stereo a week later, Klaus and the Service department were wonderful at getting it fixed quickly at no extra cost to me.
