This was definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire process was amazingly efficient and smooth from beginning to end. I walked in the door and I was fortunate to be greeted by ever had. The entire process was amazingly efficient and smooth from beginning to end. He showed me several Toyota Highlanders and it was obvious how well versed he was on all the different features and options available. He listened to what I wanted in a car and didn't try to sell me options I didn't want. He knew how to use every feature on the car and even showed me how to use the apps on my smart phone that linked in with the cars Navigation and blue tooth features. The next day I brought my family in to look at the car and take it for a test drive. We hadn't planned on purchasing the car that day, but Tony gave us the best price we felt we could have gotten at any dealership and a fair trade-in for my Mazda. So we bought the Highlander that day. I worked with Steve Sertich in finance to complete the paperwork and can't believe how effortless the process was. Steve was also extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We left my new car there to get the Finishing Touch completed. I planned on picking up the car on Tuesday but couldn't make it in and Tony offered to come in on his day off to do my new car walk through. When I was able to make it in for the walk through, I never felt rushed. Tony was so thorough and covered all the important features from back to front. I am thrilled with my new car. And I left there feeling like I knew how to use all the wonderful features that came with it. I had one question later that day and called Tony. He picked up right away and immediately answered it.
